We had a terrific stay. The hotel is brand new and it is designed beautifully. We enjoyed the pool and the indoor games and fun seating. The breakfast was amazing!

Staff from the general manager to house keeping were phenomenal! Best family friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed! The outdoor pool, pool table, and games were perfect for family memories and the breakfast buffet the best around!!!!

Sadly, the smokers smoke right outside the entrance to the front door. I am allergic to smoke. Entering the Hotel is my first impression as to my experience. I spoke to the manager and he said he would do something, and the next day ...no change. Smokers should be moved far away from the entrance. Especially since you advertise "No Smoking Hotel." Unless this changes, I will have to find another place to bring my clients that are moving to TN. The Breakfast servers did not greet, say "Hello" smile or make me and my clients feel welcome. THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH!!!! My brother was in Nashville ( He is a Ice Agent) and was going to meet me for breakfast, but I told him "no" just to not cause trouble. This could create a huge problem.

Staying at the tru by Hilton in Spring Hill was a wonderful experience! From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted warmly by the staff. The room was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for

Nice and clean hotel. Great breakfast included, free parking, Publix grocery store right next door.

Check in starts at 3;00. We arrived after 4;00 and our room was not ready. That staff member was not super informative, but was not rude. The hotel is new, so of course it is still pretty clean. The furniture in the room looks pretty cheap and the desk was not level. The lobby/ common areas look good and inviting. I have paid less for nicer, but this was convenient to our family for visiting.
