Courtyard by Marriott Houston City Place

Great experience. Surpassed my expectations.

It was a cozy hotel. I liked the bed, but not pillows…Staff were friendly and courteous.

The front desk people were wonderful, so kind and helpful. Nick truly understands hospitality. They even remembered me when I walked in from a previous stay! My room was comfortable and clean. I love sitting outback by the fire pit and having a glass of wine. I had a great stay. Nothing! It was great

My grandson and I ordered breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and sourdough toast. The dining room had 3-4 customers sitting eating breakfast, so it was not busy. Not sure why we were overlooked, but it took over 30 minutes to be served, while others who ordered after us had been served prior to us.

Getting breakfast was a challenge. Long line slow staff. Recommend having air pots for coffee available for guests to grab and go

It is clean and quiet. The room has a very old A/C that makes a lot of noise every certain time. It was very uncomfortable when trying to sleep.

Lovely hotel. Convenient with free parking. Staff is great!

Checking desk staff went over and above to provide a drink from the bar when bar staff did not show up for their shift.

Room was clean and comfortable. The young lady that checked me in; sorry I did not get her name, was very polite and accommodating. Very helpful and answered all of our questions.

Check-in was different from the other weekend

The room was very clean and very comfortable with that being said the continental breakfast was not up to par at 6:15 in the morning there is only eggs muffins and cereal. Was looking for bagels, yogurt fruit maybe some waffles would’ve been nice.

Very friendly staffs, very clean hotel. I highly recommend this place for family or business stays.

This hotel was the best part of our 7 day Texas trip. Really enjoyed this hotel.
