Stayed one night during the 4th of July and was a good stay. Free breakfast was good and rooms where nice and bed was comfortable. Was quite and would stay again.

The breakfast was not consistent. The weekend breakfast was not prepared as well as the breakfast during the week.

Everything was good: clean rooms, good breakfast, etc., but the thing that bothered me was that they are now charging $3.00 a day for parking. I get it in a downtown location where parking is at a premium, but in Spring, Texas? Why? It's not much, but I'll find a similar quality hotel to stay in next time that doesn't charge for parking.
