Beautiful hotel in Springdale - we stayed 1 night before visiting Zion and there was a shuttle stop straight to the park right in front of the hotel, great location. New feeling and clean property with comfortable rooms and incredible views (we stayed in the Annex and i believe it was the better choice for the view). We got upgraded to a suite at checkin, but unfortunately faced some issues in communication about the sofa bed (we were told it would have been made for us, as we had initially booked a room with two queen beds and instead got a suite but it only had one king bed and a sofa, we were in 3). The sofa bed was not made after dinner so we went to ask the front desk again and were told we had to make.. differently to what was communicated before. When asking for a duvet for the sofa, we were met with unpolite treatment from the front desk..

Everything about the property was great! The staff was very helpful and everything was clean. There wasn’t anything I could say that I didn’t like.

My best friend and I drove cross country to Zion and hit so many major weather events while at the park and along the way. The staff gave us great recommendations on what to do in the park and when some of the worst weather hit, they were so accommodating and helpful in our travels (we were continuing on to San Diego the next day). We had an imminent life threat alert and were told to stay in place. The staff gave us an extra hour in our room and access to the gym and pool while we killed some time before continuing on our road trip. They were all SO KIND and happy to help, it truly made our not so great situation better, not to mention the facilities and rooms were AMAZING!

From check in to check out not a single complaint. Lovely room, balcony, view. Pool was an added bonus - plentiful towels and seating. Free parking. Large clean rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely return.

The rooms were amazing with exceptional views of the Zion National Park. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was an essential stop at the end of a hot day. The restaurant food was good and the bar had a relaxed atmosphere. The setting is absolutely stunning.
