Okay property

Bed was rigid and hard to sleep on. There was a guy out in n the parking lot blaring music right below my hotel window. Front desk said they know him and that he is staying at the hotel. At first the front desk said they cannot doing anything about the loud noise. I then pressed that it was 9pm and I could hear the music inside my room. The desk attendant finally went outside, but the guy had left.

Front desk area and hallway had a strong smell of Marijuana. Facility is old and needs a remodel. Bed was very uncomfortable.

For the buffet breakfast they had omelettes and sausage patties...Id rather have scrambled eggs or french toast sticks or pancakes....I liked the toasted bagel with cream cheese the best because I haven't had that for a long time. My intended goal for booking in Springfield was not achieved so I left early. There was also no laundry room on-site which was disappointing. On the plus side, they had an iron and a standing ironing board.

It was supposed to be remodeled was older it took until about 3 in the morning for the air conditioning to cool on a warm night! Expensive for what we received..

Room was clean. Mattress was not the best, but it was sufficient for a one night stay.

The main issue was cleanliness and upkeep. There was a strong odor in the room that I first noticed near the refrigerator, though it seemed to actually be coming from the couch. One of the chairs also had a large stain on the fabric. The sheets appeared clean, but the comforter had stains in several places, one of which looked like it could have been blood. Beyond the linens, the curtains had a long tear, the bathroom tiles were mismatched with visible gaps, and the bathroom door was coming off its hinges. Between the smell and the condition of the bedding, we didn't sleep well. I've stayed in comparably rated hotels that were noticeably better maintained, so I was surprised by the difference here. The price was in line with other 3-star options in the area, which made the experience harder to justify. It could certainly be worse, but for a night's stay it was still poor, and I wouldn't return.

got in late and the gentleman got us checked in immediately - very pleasant and professional. Nice strong ac.Roomy fridge and nice clean bedding. Pretty comfy beds, large new 50” tv. Room has coffee maker. WiFi in the room upstairs at the end of the hall is a bit sluggish. Walls in the room need to be cleaned

It was an out dated Best Western. It was clean though, so very grateful for that. Staff was friendly.
