They charged security deposit on my credit card, return it to some bogus card and said that they can not fix it and it is my problem that they send my security deposit to some unknown persom

Nothing. They didn't have they room type we reserved. The bathroom was so small. The ac didn't work well. The wifi couldn't connect it was so weak.

Lower level, smoking room, staff changed room due to cockroaches. Mold in bathroom, cockroaches in first night room. No rack to hang clothes nor anything to set suitcase on.

The bed that my friend slept in was very uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress could be felt, and there was no support. This made for a terrible night of sleep for him. The air condition was LOUD and never turned off, even though it was not set very high. The TV did not work, and there was no remote control. I reported these issues to the staff at the front desk, and all they could say was "Sorry. We will be renovated soon." Well, that didn't help us! I really thought we should have had a partial refund for all of the issues we experienced. The quality was completely unacceptable!

There was stains on the towels and the bed sheets. The shower had mold, and the fire alarm was disconnected. When I went to check out, I was waiting for almost twenty minutes and when I told the front desk, he said he was busy. I wouldnt staythereagain.
