The bed that my friend slept in was very uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress could be felt, and there was no support. This made for a terrible night of sleep for him. The air condition was LOUD and never turned off, even though it was not set very high. The TV did not work, and there was no remote control. I reported these issues to the staff at the front desk, and all they could say was "Sorry. We will be renovated soon." Well, that didn't help us! I really thought we should have had a partial refund for all of the issues we experienced. The quality was completely unacceptable!

Location was fine just a few min drive from everything The room was dirty with hair on the sheets the plastic cups set out and even the shower. When asked for room service we where given clean towels and sheets but had to make are own bed and the room was never cleaned

Everything was fine to good. the room is clean (bed, bathroom, table) I even checked the microwave which is very clean inside. the bed is comfy apparently the owner care his business. they provided coat rack and luggage rack. i liked that. A/C a bit noisy. one complain is there were 3 flies in the room that's bad and annoying. wifi signal was poor.

Location Tinned down. Dirty. Needs maintenance and style to detail.

Door was super hard to shut,Toilet barely worked had to hold handle.Two small hand towels that's it.No kleenex.No working ice machine.

Check in & out was quick . Location was close enough to where i needed to be. Room was ok for one night. Run down , holes on doors and floor was still wet from cleaning crew not drying appropriately. AC seemed to be leaking. There seem to be mold on wall. Bedding had holes in it from cigarettes probably. Stayed in non smoking room.

It was a good location. We walked into our room and there was a nasty smell which was because of the AC unit not running. As we look around more there were dead bugs all around. The sheets had stains on them. The refrigerator was rusted. The shower roof looked like it was about to fall down. The bathroom door had mold on it, some of the outlets looked like they caught on fire before. If we were didn’t just pay for the room then we would have just left.

Remote didn't work, bathroom door would not shut all the way. Room was not very clean.

Room was perfect for a good night sleep after a concert at the Grandstand. Friendly staff. Felt safe. Very nice cold air conditioner and comfy clean beds. Got what we needed for the great price.

We were unable to check in at the official 3pm check in time, even after calling ahead of time to see if our room was ready. We were told yes, but it was not ready due to only two maids showing
