Beds okay but hotel smelled moldy and the sofa was badly stained

Laundry services The hot tub had mold and was out of order

The Expedia agent took care of me and got a full refund. Pay for the insurance. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was excellent. They were very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast only had two hot items every day. Eggs and bacon/sausage. Other than that there was the usual assortment of breads, cereal, oatmeal and the usual waffle maker. No fresh fruit. Coffee was decent. Staff was generally on top of things in the breakfast room. Unfortunately, this hotel uses polyester sheets rather than cotton. This makes for hot sleeping. We couldn't use the back door for entry because the card reader hadn't been working for some time apparently and had not yet been replaced. This should be a priority. The hottub was being worked on during our visit but it looks like it's getting a really good rehab. We had a cricket get in our room somehow and lodged itself under some furniture. Of course once the lights are out, it chirped it's little heart out. Probably need to seal up the windows and a/c better to avoid insects.

The AC in the room wasn’t working well so the room was very humid making it hard to sleep. Hot tub was not operational.

The property was extremely clean, pool great, employees very helpful. Totally enjoyed our stay

The staff were all super nice. Place was clean. The couch had stains and after leaving at 930am still haven't gotten my refundable deposit back.

Close to where I needed to be The curtains didn't move at all had to use hair clips for privacy. WE WERE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR like what the fuck. Hot tub broken the only other reason we choose this hotel to begin with. The wall in the actual bedroom was messed up like cracking in one spot. Lastly while cleaning up our stuff from the night my fiancee found a rubber duck under the bed god knows how long that was there for and black marks on the bath tub edges on the outside.

Traveling as a family of 5 so got a suite with a pull out couch. The couch was extremely uncomfortably, basically springs. I don’t expect the comfiest bed, but this was

I liked the variety at breakfast. The hotel was in close proximity to what we had planned for the weekend. The hotel was close to the interestate that we came in on and left on for weekend. The sofa bed in room had a small mattress and it was not very clean. We did not see any sheets for sofa bed. The staff didn't seem overly friendly either.

We got to the room and there was a dead cockroach next to the toilet. The room was dirty and unkept. We did get another room, but it was disappointing.

bed...divided with door...TV in both rooms...frig and microwave...desk and coffee table. Pool was clean 3' to 4' deep. Breakfast was great with sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, yogurt and other food choices. Towels were well stocked. I stayed one night and got a late check out. I would recommend.
