The staff was nice . They gave me extra pillows because honestly those were some flat pillows . The place seriously needs an update with empty areas just opened . The pool was a swamp . The parking lot was in poor condition .

My experience at the La Quinta near Walmart was very different. When I needed understanding and assistance, I felt dismissed by a morning staff member rather than supported. After staying at hotels of many different levels over the years, it was one of the most discouraging customer-service interactions I have experienced. This hotel shows what true hospitality should look like: treating guests with respect, patience, and compassion. A free breakfast is a nice extra, but it will never outweigh the value of being treated with basic decency.

We needed a clean room and air conditioning after being at the State Fair for the day. Motel 6 sufficed. There were some noisy moments in the hallway at 2 AM from some others staying at the hotel. The A/C was a little loud and seemed to have a hard time keeping up with the level of coolness we needed after being at the fair all day, but all in the hotel room served it's purpose!

Property and rooms were clean. Basic rooms, perfect for a quick overnight. The back entrance door, had glass broken and taped to hold it. The microwave in the room needs replaced, it was burning food and dirty.
-
It was quick and easy to find from the interstate.Unfortunately, they had no dumb waiters. So our luggage was a challenge to get into the room.No breakfast amenities was a disappointment as well. But there was a crack of brown right across the street, which made it convenient

Apparently, there were two people staying at the hotel on the same night with my name and they gave my reservation to somebody else. Therefore, the king size suite that I paid extra for was given to them and I got a full size bed for two people and $20 credit back not happy.
-
There was no soap in our restroom. Despite a reservation for 3 people there were super thin towels for 2
-
Terrible towels. They were dirty and had hair in them. Beds are hard. Internet didn’t work. Smelled like a drug house. It was cheap to stay and now I know why.
-
Room was for the most part good, bed was comfortable. The room had no kleenex (I was told they dont provide but they could give me addl toilet tissue), no soap, and towels need to be replaced. Property on the exterior needs lots of work in addition door security. Personnel that checked us in were pleasant. Not likely we will stay here again

Facilities were close to food and gas stations that’s a plus.

Clean room, friendly staff

My biggest issue was the refrigerator. It was warm, heavily iced over in the back, and leaking badly. I reported it Thursday, but was told to put a towel beside it and that they would address it after I checked out Sunday. No replacement was offered, so I had to buy ice to keep my food cold. The hotel itself was fine, but I was disappointed with how this issue was handled.

Clean and easy to access

Great place
-
Terrible, could not sleep due to the fire alarm alerting and staff unable to find out why
-
Overall good for the price No breakfast, the paint job was nice but the rooms still seemed dirty. No soap for the shower and the towels had lint and hair still coming off of them even though they were clean.
-
The rooms were not clean sheet were dingy, the hallway smelled like urine, pets and smoke. It was so bad that we did not stay the send night. Checked out and found another hotel.

Well, it was one of the nicest motel six I stayed at, but my son went out to the car around 2 o’clock 3 o’clock in the morning smoke a cigarette and there’s was cart thieves in the parking lot because they opened up the door to our van and my son was sitting in there and my son confronted him. Other than that. It was a pretty decent place to stay at.

The room was clean and you can’t ask more than that. Nowadays, most of the motel 6 exteriors need a lot of work this was no different. Staff was nice rooms were clean however I did check out at 4 AM because there was a commotion outside with a family living in a car. Now, while that is not the hotels job to clear the parking lot at 4 AM, if they did not know about it, it kept me up almost all night because of the shenanigans of this family of four. I want to stress that it had nothing to do with the staff people and I don’t know even what property if Motel 6 even owned that property. My main objective is always checking in quickly have a nice bed, clean room and all that was accomplished
