The hotel is older and shows its wear. Overall the price was right and it was a good stay. The bed was comfortable. We had a one bedroom suite. The AC unit is in the bedroom (which is good), but it had been off so our room temp was hot, about 80 degrees, it took most of the night to cool down and the cooler air didn’t get to the living space. A lot of reviews raved about the breakfast, it was nothing special, basic hotel fare.

Because of my husband’s health complications, I have had to keep extending my stay and this Inn and conference center felt like this was home. Thank you, everyone.!

The staff really didn't know the arrea. We wanted directions to the state fair. They did give us a map. We're elderly so we don't have GPS

Room was large but lighting could be better. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Staff were friendly. Facility was easily accessible and was near the WPBL ballpark which was the reason we visited Springfield. Parking was adequate and I felt safe while there. The lighting in the room could be better, especially over the main room/bedroom.
