The rooms were clean & the attached Mexican restaurant/bar was very convenient.

I always enjoy staying here. It's always been clean, and the rooms with the jetted tub are fantastic. I doubt I'll ever stay anywhere else when in Springfield. Highly recommended!

Very nice room and clean. Staffs are friendly and greeting when you arrive. Would recommend for others to stay.

The woman that checked us in was not friendly at all. The whole time I felt like I was bothering her. The hotel and room was great although the bed i was on was very hard. I've had a horrible back ache all day. The staff i talked to the next morning were great and the breakfast was very good.

When we arrived check in was so easy. We unload the car and get to the room. There was an dehumidifier plugged in. The ac units rattled. We had no shower curtain and had to ask for one The bed was comfy. The jacuzzi was nice except for the bug carcasses on the floor. The toilet kept running no matter how much you rattled the handle. Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, waffles, assorted bakery items, fruit. The pool was ok. The housekeeping was not the best. She came to the door asked if we needed anything, gave us clean towels and told us to put the dirty ones in the hallway and someone would pick them up. It was the 4th of July weekend. When we asked why housekeeping didn't come by while we were out we were told there was no housekeeping since it was a holiday. Over all its a place to go for if you need a place to stay. But I do not think we will be back.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. The property is stunningly beautiful and immaculately kept, but what truly sets it apart is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. We loved spending our afternoon in the pool, and every morning kicked off perfectly with a delicious and impressive variety of breakfast options. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to rest and rejuvenate. We will definitely be back!

First stay here, it was overnight for early flight so only interaction was with desk clerks to check in and out . Both were friendly and efficient. Sadly I left before breakfast. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Stayed for 3 nights was very comfy and safe. Breakfast was good every morning staff was pleasant.
