Great stay, a little pricey for the property and area but overall, very nice. Great water pressure. Would stay here agian.

Clean rooms. Pool was refreshing and breakfast was tasty!

The hotel is well categorized. It is by no means anything close to a five-star hotel. However within it's 2.5-Star rating, it deserves five stars. I would have like a slightly better breakfast on the hot side, like home fries (cubes instead of sticks like French fries). There's a fridge in the room, but no freezer. I had freezer packs I needed frozen for the next day. Fortunately, the staff accommodated ìt by letting me use their break room freezer. Clean and comfortable. And well situated. Great value!

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. Good selection and everything was fresh. Staff was did an awesome job at replenishing eggs, cleaning up spills, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff is friendly and accommodating; the room was clean and comfortable. The humidifier in the room was a nice touch. The breakfast was good.

Lovely hotel, convenient to the Lincoln sites we wanted to see. Although the surrounding area is not in the most upscale part of town, the inn itself is modern, clean, has great furnishings and comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again, great value.

I noticed that the toilet was very wobbly, and we kept hearing the water running from it. But over all this was a great place and I can’t wait to come back again.

Lovely staff, nice facility, but I can't recommend the Jacuzzi tub rooms. We had one our second night and the tub jets didn't work. We let the desk know at checkout and asked about any kind of refund because of the room's tub upcharge. As of today, 2 weeks later, we haven't received even an email.

I 100% recommend this hotel! I stay here all the time when I'm in Springfield. Staff is great and the rooms are always clean. The lady who runs the breakfast room is awesome! always friendly!

The staff were extremely polite and made us feel at home. Getting to our room was very quick. And once we were in there the room itself was cool and not super sticky like the weather outside. And the location was great and very close for where we needed to get to. Really hard to find something we didn't like so I guess the shower head was spouting water out of the side.

Smelled like chlorine

Breakfast was the regular suspects (scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, pastries, juice, coffee), but all were well done. Staff was nice and the room was a good value. We stayed on two separate nights over the course of a week. The first night was what we settled on after arriving in the area and doing a search for 'nearby'. The second night we intended because the first night was pleasant enough to stay again. Room was humid when we arrived on both days. Booking through a third party was quite a bit cheaper than dealing with just the hotel, so it requires the extra interface to get that good value.

The blonde at the front desk, I think her name is Chelsey? She was super helpful and very pleasant. The side guest entrances didn't work all the time. Lighting in the room could be better. The outlets on the bedside table sparked when you plugged something in and were so old that everything would fall out. Management needed to be more strict with the teens that were loud and banging on other guests doors then running down the hall. It was after midnight.

I never stayed got date wrong on phone it changed because the dates I wanted were not available and I did not notice it. And I got charged anyway!

It was extremely clean and well maintained (and I'm picky).The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice selection for breakfast. There was plenty of free, on-site parking. It is in a safe area with easy access to restaurants and stores.
