Clean room and friendly staff

This place was amazing! Staff was very friendly and everything was clean. Breakfast was good, the pool was refreshing, and the patio had a lovely view of the pond. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Staff is incredibly helpful with weather and sites to see, breakfast is the same every day but several of the standard breakfast fare to chose from. Reasonably priced and very close to the fair grounds with several restaurants nearby

My room was dirty. The air was filthy. Even the chair they had on the room desk had mold. I’ve never seen anything like that: mold on a chair. I took pictures and video of it. I did reported it and it look like it was a surprise for the lady in the front desk. Imagine how bad could be the cleaning and the maintenance when mold on a chair is not seen. Breakfast was okay and common areas looked well maintained. Hallways lighting looked like a hunted house. Not coming back there.

I had to book this hotel because we were at a different hotel that was not adequate for us. This hotel welcomed us and they were great!! I was stressed out and they were so patient with me.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of delicious protein. Very clean room, the front desk gentleman, Robert was amazingly patient as we had plenty of issues with our reservation thanks to Expedia. He finally was able to determine the problem Expedia was causing with the payment being transferred. He is definitely a five star employee!

Though we arrived a full 1.5 hours after check in time, we were told our rooms were not ready…and then they were. Once rooms were assigned, the rooms themselves were clean comfortable, and suitable for the rest we needed. The following morning, I was informed I would be charged for another room, though payment had already been made. When I tried to explain the situation to the desk attendant, the individual simply could not fathom that I had but one confirmation number for the three room, and do NOT want to see, or read, the confirmation message from Expedia. The hotel also did not receive a message I had sent through the Expedia portal. When management arrived, things were suddenly different. The confusion cleared and no extra charge was waged. There is definitely something procedural that should be addressed in terms of communication with the guest either directly or through the Expedia portal.

Clean room, excellent layout with 2 sinks, one in the bath room and one just outside. Nice view of pond out back. Very nice breakfast area with outstanding breakfast! Easy access, large parking lot.

Everything is good except the bathroom needs done updating

The lady that helps with breakfast is amazing. She should be working for a 5 stars hotel!!! Made my stay!!!

Location, staff,cleanliness Nothing

This is an older hotel - not fancy - but kept up, clean and all of the staff is kind and friendly and they do everything they can to help their guests!

Special note - I LOVE the conditioner in the shower

One of the most lovely things after a day in the car was the walking trail around a pond just off their back deck. I did give them some suggestions concerning enjoying the geese but still reducing the mess on the walkway with the introduction of a plastic swan or two into the pond. I hope they decide to do that because that path is such an asset to the amenities.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. A very clean property with staff that responded to any need we had. The breakfast was very good. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. You don't always get that at hotels
