I only stayed one night so everything was fine. There was nothing I didn’t like.

Clean, large rooms very friendly. Great place to stay. Close to food. Nothing

It was overpriced for a tired hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. The coffee with breakfast was good.

Pool and food

Great location. Room very clean . Great place to stay. We stayed there twice once going to Chicago and then coming back. We would stay there again if need. Rooms were very large. Nothing

Staff were super helpful during our stay. From the front desk to kitchen to housekeeping , everyone we encountered was so friendly.

Check-in was 3pm we arrived at 530pm and our room was not ready. We were attending a concert so once I started to complain they gave the next room available after numerous comments of no guaranteed time of when it would be ready. It was unfortunate because that was my only complaint. After a long drive we needed to get ready and had to wait around for a room that should've been ready hours prior.

We needed a hotel nearby to stay at while attending a concert at the Illinois State Fair and chose this one. I really have nothing terribly bad to say about, it's totally what you would expect. It's not a five star establishment, but you know that going in. The room was adequate, bed was alright, shower did have a few blue liquid body gel stains from the previous guest (not a huge deal), but overall it was pretty dated. Breakfast was served early the next morning and it was done right, so we appreciated that. Staff was nice, but the hotel could definitely use a major upgrade. Thanks!

Location was perfect for our stay. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and everything was fresh. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the shower worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel, from checking in, out, included breakfast and staff went above and beyond. We were treated like royalty. Breakfast options were amazing, with food being kept warm, or cold depending on the item. People who made sure it was well stocked and available were very helpful and even took our dirty dishes away for us. We noticed that pool windows were being cleaned and all the employees had a smile on the face and greeted not only each other, but the people who stayed at the hotel. You need to give all the employees at this hotel, raises and compliments because this made us feel that we made the best choice by staying here.

The staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean. It was close to a lot of places to eat. About 10mins from downtown.
