We booked two nights and took the loss on the second night and booked at another hotel. Not sure how the cleanliness could get any worse. Stains on walls, floors and sheets. Neither pool is open, due to maintenance.?

It was run down and filthy the first room they gave me smelled like a dead body, and the floor was soaking wet and they had to switch me rooms. The pools were out of order the halls the elevators were unkempt and dirty. The front doors. The front sliding door doors did not close at all so anyone could come in at any time there was no continental breakfast to speak of. I mean it was there, but it was disgusting two towels per room with two queen size bed so four person occupancy with two towels. It was just a very, very bad experience It was filthy. The pool didn’t work. There were alcohol bottles all around the outside of the property. No one cleaned the outside perimeter of the property. There was no staff to speak of. There was no maid service. They didn’t come in and make my bed or anything like that.

Took over 100 different cards just to get one room key. Crackheads everywhere. My bathroom literally had blood on the walls just didnt notice it untill we left. Front door doesn’t even shut fully but still locks

In the breakfast area there was old pieces of cardboard covering the mouths of the trash cans instead of lids. And the floor was so sticky every step I took my shoes stuck.

This hotel is nothing like it shows online. Terrible dirty, stains on the carpets, smells terrible, pool closed indefinitely, there was boarded up windows, we DID NOT STAY!!!!! They stilled charged for the night 132.00. This place is NOT in a good location. Don't let them take your money, don't reserve a room at this place. We went to another hotel and it was amazing.

It was terrible, it was so dirty and have plywood covering the windows. It smelled like urine and didn’t seem like a safe place to stay.

The entire hotel needs a makeover! The building smells stale. A person told us that everyone who checked in the day we did, checked in and left the same day.

Unkept and overall uncomfortable place to stay

The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. I also liked the esthetic of the room The $100 deposit although I know why they do it and I dont blame them. It just tied up my funds for the weekend but its not a big deal.

Breakfast was ok, not great, but your shoes stuck to the floor. The room was ok, but the bathroom light flashed every 2 seconds, when the switch was off and we had to sleep with the door closed. The toilet paper dispenser had been ripped off of the wall, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, apparently for some time, the pool is gone indefinitely. Not a good stop for the price. Keep looking.

Nothing I really deserve a refund my sheets had stains and so did my towels. They never came and cleaned my room or make the bed I was there from Friday til Monday. They breakfast was horrible

The beds are so comfortable it's wonderful and clean and the staff is very very nice and helpful friendly. I recommend this stay....love it. Nothing

This hotel had the WORST hotel breakfast I have ever been served! They used the same food multiple mornings. I witness them putting the food away in plastic bowls in the refrigerator, taking them out, warming them the next morning and dumping them right back into the service dish. And when speaking to staff they completely pretended not to understand what anyone was saying!

I picked it for the indoor pool but it wasn't opened. We needed clean towels and we had to go to the desk to get it.

We didn’t try the breakfast. With the nature of the room we didn’t want to chance it. Granted it wasn’t dirty just was not a place I would want to stay again.

The room had a lot of broken things, the door had a very large gap when closed. The shower barely worked and there was a very used bar of soap left in the shower area. It also smelt like someone was smoking weed somewhere near my room which smelled horrible. The location seemed pretty sketchy overall.
