TV never worked right even after changing rooms. Management never got it fixed after 4 days. All else was Ok.

I stayed 5 days, I checked on Clarion website about room cleaning and clean bed sheet change, it said if I requested it. I called front desk, and lady manager sounded super annoyed that I requested it and said it was every 3 days. I told her I see on clarion website it was if on request. I freak out about anything that even resembles bed bugs!! So I examine my hotel beds thoroughly! I also check all my luggage and bag my stuff to prevent taking them with me! I saw a few that looked like in my bed so I requested it. I was taking precautions I told her! She kept saying I brought them with me from previous hotel! I literally stayed 3 hours at last hotel and left cause it felt dirty. They did change my bedding twice, but manager made me feel bad for requesting and very annoyed I didn’t request anymore. The ladies that worked the breakfast were very sweet and kind. I liked the pool and jacuzzi.

There was no real hot water in our shower but it was. 108 outside so we didn’t really mind

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. And great for our family The WiFi was not the best and the tv kept losing connection.

The staff seemed especially helpful. The hotel and room seemed well maintained and clean. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have experienced at a hotel. We did not use the pool. A couple of families did and seemed to have a good time.

We just needed a place to stay for one night on our journey north. The location was very convenient, and there was a restaurant close by for dinner. The breakfast provided by the hotel was good. Our favorite part was the waffle-maker!

Manager would not pay to fix it $34 and the time riding it took me. He gave $17... I didn't argue with him, I just went on.

Took a Father’s Day weekend with my step son, decided to try out Clarion, wow, I was pleasantly surprised!! Very clean, great air conditioning, plenty of room, comfortable beds, close to tons of restaurants and stores. Highly recommend!!
