Good location, breakfast was good facilities were clean

Room was clean and wasn’t bad. Good value for your money. Pool and hot tub had lots of plant debris etc. So I used the net and cleaned it myself. Though pool wasn’t used much, they were out of towels. Ice machines were broken so only a countertop ice machine in lobby available. Person checking me in took waaaaay too long because he felt like he had to explain everything including how to use the key card. like customers are total idiots or something. Needed ground floor for Mothers accessibility and he went on for several minutes about how lucky I was for checking in early to get one and then stories about how they’ve had to cancel past reservations when not available, though they don’t have ADA or accessible options for reservations. I finally told him that I would just make reservations elsewhere if he couldn’t accommodate to get him to shut up and move on.

Breakfast and the pool
-
Above expectations in many ways: clean, helpful, safe, convenient. And a great price.
-
I was disappointed that the ice machine didn't work.

Nothing Falling apart. Beds uncomfortable. Said pool closed but people were swimming. Breakfast lousy. Like a place transients came to stay.
-
Very clean and well kept. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.
-
The beds were pretty comfortable but there are definitely areas that the rooms could use some TLC and updates (like the bathroom area). The pool was also very nice to use and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff. Comfortable beds. Complimentary Coffee in rooms, always a plus. Fridge was a glorious surprise. 1. Bathroom next to check in didn't have a working hand dryer, soap or paper towels. 2. Breakfast the next day didn't have juice, yogurt or fruit. Toaster was broken. Leaving everyone to wait for waffles and the premade scrambled egg pucks and hot coffee. That's it. I was there at 7am so it wasn't a "too late to eat" issue.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The sink didn't fully drain, and there were some issues with the tub. I also don't think it's appropriate to show a super-biased show like "Fox and Friends" in the buffet area. The owner and a few guests may like it, but they're going to offend the other half of their guests-- which doesn't really help the bottom line. They would be better off showing Sesame Street or Bob Ross.

I called ahead of time before booking our room to make sure the pool was operational and was told it was. Upon arrival and after checking in, I asked if we would need separate towels for the pool and THEN was informed that the pool was not working at the moment or open….. very disappointing to my children who were looking forward to swimming. Then this morning, briefly before checking out we tried to get some ice for our water bottles, and both ice machines were broken….. please fix your down equipment!

Worst hotel. The hotel was dirty . Dirty hairs in the towels and shower. Used soap in the sink
-
Easy interstate access; nice pool quaint old fashioned motel

The room was reasonably clean (although we weren't happy with the bug in the bathroom sink). My concern is about hospitality, not politics. I travel to St. George on business several times a year and won't be returning to this hotel. During breakfast on both mornings of our stay, the TV in the dining area was tuned to Fox & Friends at a high volume, featuring extended political commentary and criticism of transgender people. Our family includes LGBTQ members, making the atmosphere feel anything but welcoming. I politely asked the attendant if the channel could be changed, but it wasn't. My children chose to skip breakfast the second morning because of it. Hotels should strive to create a comfortable environment for all guests, regardless of their political views. Unfortunately, this experience fell well short of that standard.

The customer service from Kurt, his thorough explanations regarding room security and key function
