Blew a radiator in mins and never made it to the hotel. Tried calling at least 8 times and finally got someone to answer. Was told they could do nothing and I had to call hotels.com. Then they didn’t answer for hotels.com either. In the end denied claim for no charge, so I get to pay to fix a a car and a room I never used. Will never book with this hotel again.

The property is old. The pool was closed. When I got to my room no AC was running (it was 109 degrees outside). The sink was clogged and the breakfast was sparse. I was able to sleep and it was relatively cheap

Clean room,location,and friendly staff,

Great quick stop. Breakfast served. Non English speaker at desk so I had to use a computer monitor interactive check in.

Rooms were filthy, moldy shower curtains, baseboards are rotting so they covered them caulking and paint. Half the towels were tattered. It was 9:30pm and we called down to get some more towels the lady said there were no housekeepers and her job was to attend the front desk. The breakfast was disgusting. Stale bagels and toast the second day we tried the hard boiled eggs and the yolks were extremely discolored. The juice seemed to be kept outside as it was a very dark in color, warm, and tasted terrible. Really a kiosk to check in…. worst experience at a hotel.

The young man says he was the manager. When I first approached the property. We went to ask the Young Lady if we could check in early. She nodded for us to look to the check in sign for 2 o'clock. She didn't realize if we could read or not ADA violation. Nasty attitude. Then we were checked into 218 ,the room was uncleaned, then we went back to the FD, to check into another room. The setting was ok. However,we asked for towels and blankets. We got a blanket. My husband went to the FD to get towels and the towels looked like towels you mopped the floor with. This hotel should be investigated. Really unclean.

Bed was older but okay

Great value for the price!

The older gentleman that works the front was very sweet. You can tell it’s a bit older. My biggest complaint would be the sheets and the bathroom towels I stayed for four days three nights.

So my husband and I are both disabled and my husband is actually in a wheelchair so of coarse we have licensed service dogs well anyone and we don't that runs or owns a business in the United States knows that it is illegal to charge for service animals period. Well they did and cuz I didn't want to fight with them I just did it but they also told me upon check out my $100.00 deposit would be returned well it is now Thursday and I still haven't received my deposit back and I've tried calling the hotel no one answers I've left email no response so I guess I am going to have to call a lawyer all to get my money back that should of never been charged to me so I guess I'm saying that people should know the laws before they own a place so they don't end up getting sued period

La amabilidad del señor de la noche es muy linda y muy paciente

Plenty of parking. Ot was quiet. The bed was clean minus the playing card and pen my son found between his blankets. The bathroom was not good. There were marks on the wall next to the toilet, the shower was mildewy around the culking. The bathroom light was dim. The drapes were hung on the rod right so light seeped in. There's a fridge and microwave. TV with tons of channels. The bed was more comfortable than I thought it was going to be. Free breakfast of bagels, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt.

Location was alright. Close to downtown and freeway. Not very clean. Shower had hair stuck to the drain.

If you check in after hours, you do it through a machine that connects you to someone in India that is in the office. The room key would come from that machine once you check in. That alone is scary and the person in India thought it was funny I was upset about this. This is a very old motel not so well-maintained business. The rooms have two tvs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). There is a coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. There were towels but no washcloths in my bathroom and the bathroom was clean. The furniture is older. The room is dusty, moldy smell. The rooms open to the outside. There is a pool which I didn't use. The breakfast is a choice between a bagel, toast, protein bar, hardboiled egg or cereal. Also juice, milk or coffee are available. If you want to save money, probably okay for a couple days if you can stand the smell and the older furniture and paint. For more than a couple of days, I would not recommend.
