Red Roof Inn St George, UT - Convention Center

Conveniently located to I15 & lots of restaurants etc. if you are looking for a cheap clean place to stay - this is the place. We were there 3 nights. We got back at 2 in the afternoon on our first day and the room hadn’t been serviced so my husband went looking for house keeping. Finally found someone so just took some clean towels & same thing happened the next day so room was never serviced while we were there.

Disappointing

The property was near everything and walking distance for restaurants, coffee, stores, etc The entire staff were amazing and helpful. The flooring in our room was very dirty. My 3 yr old granddaughters feet were absolutely black within minutes of taking her shoes off. Wires and cables exposed above the tv. And, room could use a fresh coat of paint as walls were dirty especially around doors. We found a couple little bugs on one of the beds too.

All was excellent. Would highly recommend

Clean, room, older rooms, some staining in tub , staff was great when I checked in. There was an older lady that bring me a HDMI cord, that was irritated because she said I pulled the cord away from the wall and caused it to break. I told her I didn't and it was not working and i unplugged it and plugged it in,. Also a lot of people use Roku at their hotel and so they need an HDMI port. Another problem was I left my unisom sleep tabs they were a generic version from family Dollar. I called a few days later to see if they were there and they were but the lady said I could not pick them up unless you can find my name in the register and I couldn't remember my room number so we were on the phone for probably 15 minutes I was getting irritated she told me I was raising my voice and that I couldn't have my product if I didn't stop yelling, I mean at one point I was raising my voice but then I wasn't and she was still rude, honestly they weren't a prescription drug so I don't know what the fuss was about, when I got to the hotel to pick them up I knew to bring in my ID cuz guess what it said on the package ID her.. it just makes me upset I understand that people might try to take other people's items I guess I'm not one of them. And since I told them what the package was It was obviously me. But the room was clean the beds were good, a little bit of staining in the tub but a good place to stay.

The room and location were very good. Your beds in your rooms need to be replaced to springy and bouncy.

Excellent customer service. Our room had a bad tv remote. Manager physically helped us pack our things to take to the new room. I am a world traveler and know good service when I experience it. This was outstand. I have been here several times, and I will continue to come back.

My mom and dad love staying at this hotel. It was their anniversary and I got them the room for them. My mom can’t walk that far and they always make sure she by the entrance.the staff is very friendly and rooms are clean

There was no kleenex, shampoo, or lotion in the room.

Always as expected

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the location was great. It was comfortable and a great price. They were also pet-friendly. They do not have an elevator.
