My first day I was a bit disappointed in the water pressure. I went to the front desk and they sent Greg the maintenance man. He was there in 3 minutes and fixed the pressure. Absolutely was wonderful.

Great hotel to stay at. Close to everything and o Lu 25 minutes to Zion. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Better quality toilet paper would’ve been nice. Perhaps bacon with breakfast – not everyone likes ham, sausage, etc.

mattress way too firm. A/C until LOUD and not very cool.

There were no towels left at poolside when we arrived late in the evening, so that’s something to work on.

Great hotel! Greg is one of the managers and he is very awesome and really cares about the customers and the property. The only thing I would say is maybe a little better dog area would be great but not everyone travels with a dog. But the breakfast and the pool and everything is great and this hotel! We will stay there again

My stay felt like a top notch experience. My only complaint was the door to the parking lot would not open using my key card. Even the desk clerk failed to operate the door properly. This necessitated my going around the building to use the front entrance. One other point is the pet area was a small strip and had rough grave (rocks) as a base. My pet refused to take advantage of this amenity. Otherwise, a great experience.

Great place to stay, except for the room they gave me was for physical disable people, which I didn't book like that. Maybe because of that the shower water pressure was very weak.
