Staff was nice Entire facility (main entrance, breakfast area, and room) had a VERY old/musty smell. Room was clean (meaning not messy and clutter-free) but didn't look sanitary (carpet looked grungy, tile looked dirty, had mold in a couple places...) It was nice to have breakfast available, but warm food (sausage and eggs) were warm but very dry. Packaged muffins were too moist(soggy).

The huu is tub was easily accessible

The room was clean and all the amenities needed. The air conditioning unit did not work properly. Adjusting nob was broken.

Easy access to freeway and main route to Tuacahn. Still seemed out of date despite recent improvements. Ok staff, but seemed quick to finish helping and move onto other tasks. Breakfast was below average.

Bed was comfortable, facilities were clean, and staff was friendly for the most part. Night shift manager was a but rude. Seemed indifferent when I asked about a duplicate charge of my credit card.

The price was goid and we were able to park right at our door which was very nice.

The price was excellent! The room has air conditioning, free breakfast, nice bathroom, tv, and a comfortable bed! Great shower, bath, towel supply and soap and stuff. Nice pool, hot tub, one washer and one dryer (like $1.75 to wash, $2 to dry) usually available near the pool. The pool was usually empty like the hot tub. The Indian staff was friendly, ready to help at anytime: day or night. Microwave and bathroom sink available in room... Unfortunately the air conditioning thermostat was out so it would just run continuously, was loud at night, and looked dirty like the filter REALLY needed to be changed. Dim lights... Also, the key was old school swipe style (instead of nfc) so I put my phone near it one day and it erased the swipe code, so I had to get a new one and that deactivated the copy since they only allow one copy or something (which was confusing so I had to back to the office multiple times). Also, the fridge was warm so my milk got sour after about 8 days and my chicken would not freeze in the mini freezer (had to throw the whole thing away)! I requested no housekeeping service online but had to request this multiple times from the Mexican housekeepers in person when they knocked as well... The office is closed at night except a window with a call button or something. No stove nor kitchen counter nor kitchen sink (I had to use the bathroom sink).

Room was clean upon arrival and cleaned every other day which was nice. Breakfast was great and free. Cable TV was wonky as all hell and the AC worked oddly. Had to unplug it to reset it as the buttons locked up. Otherwise place was good. Would stay here again, very convenient location.

Needs repairs, the room assigned was not clean had to ask for another and the new room had garbage needing to be picked up. The breakfast was sad and nasty. Sorry would not recommend

Great budget option in a great location. Some walkable resteraunts. Pioneer Park just up the road. Downtown nearby. Oh and basic breakfast included. For the great offseason midweek rates it's a five.
