Breakfast was good but over priced

Small glitch (not their fault) with the room, maintenance person came up within 5 minutes, solved it. Very responsive.

Close to freeway, nice area.

It was fine. Dorr from parking lot into north end of building did not lock, front desk staff was aware of the issue.

The room was nice, the bed was a wee bit uncomfortable. The gym is decent.

Outstanding customer service and clean hotel

We were traveling so stopped in for the night and had to stay an extra night due to car problems. The hotel had wonderful amenities to make it a nice, relaxing stay. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the staff at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It’s ridiculous for a hotel this nice to not offer a free breakfast. The hotel restaurant was way overpriced so had to leave early each morning to get breakfast elsewhere. Not a huge deal but it complicates things with an already busy schedule.

Well one of the elevators was down so it made getting to our room very slow. Also our bathroom on the upper walls had white marks. Place just seems to be in need of an upgrade seems dingy not what I'm use to when I stay at Hilton properties. I've been here the last two years it just seems to really be showing signs of aging this year.
