Great staff!… Can't go wrong with this hotel!

Excellent all around!

Comfortable bed and roomy. Staff failed to be helpful, even using the luggage rack to move boxes during check-out. This forced me (physically limited 68 year old with a broken spine) to make numerous trips.

The beds were comfortable. We had a few issues. We arrived after a 12 hr drive really tired. My hubby used bathroom and the toilet didn't have enough water to flush it down so we used trash can full of water to flush .I called front desk twice ,house keeping once no answere. We gave up for about 1 hr. We noticed a odd noise like someone was hitting a pipe with a rubber mallet this went on every few seconds all night and next morning. Our shower had a drip that wouldn't stop. I finally got in touch with someone up front let them know about the toilet not filling with water. We were to tired by that point to move rooms. When we checked out we told them about our horrible night(more so when tired) I wish I could say my night was peaceful but it wasn't. Hopefully they will teach house keeping to look out for issues before they rent a room.

Our choice to stay was based on the convenience of the location and the expectation that a fairly new building would provide better sound insulation, especially compared with the Hyatt next door. What I did not like was the lack of professionalism and attentiveness from the front desk employee, Elaine. When we arrived to check in, Elaine appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with another staff member, (Chef?) speaking as if guests were not standing in front of them waiting to be assisted. We felt ignored and not properly acknowledged as paying guests. In addition, despite the room type we requested and paid for through Booking.com, Elaine insisted on assigning us a king-size bed instead. This was disappointing because we selected this hotel for convenience, the fairly new building, and the expectation of better comfort and accommodations. Instead, the check-in experience made us feel dismissed and inconvenienced. After the unpleasant encounter with Elaine on Friday night during check-in, I emailed the Holiday Inn General Manager after checkout to formally express my concerns. However, as of Sunday at 10:00 PM, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. The lack of follow-up only added to my disappointment and made the overall experience feel even more dismissive.

Good location, restaurant in hotel, nice pool.

The room was very clean, except the mini fridge smelled strongly of onions. We had to wash our bottled waters before taking them in the car due to the smell. The wall thermostat didn’t allow continuous fan, so it went on and off all night long. We could hear other guests in the hall and doors shutting all evening and in the early mornings. A continuous fan could have helped with muffling these sounds. The bed was very comfortable, the room and hotel itself were extremely clean, the $15 for 2 people buffet breakfast was pretty standard and a good value, parking was ample and all the employees we encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful.

Staff was really nice. Restaurant closes at 9 most nights and you need to order food with any alcohol. The food kinda sucks so just order fries and let them get cold. Yulia and Jocie were nice and helpful. Savannah was nice too. Will never ever ever be back, but that’s only because the state of Utah kinda sucks a$$.
