This place is absolutely stunning. It is absolutely our new favorite place to stay in the valley. They’ve thought of everything. All the little touches are gorgeous and the location cannot be beat. We felt entirely transported for our brief visit and can’t wait to return!
-
Perfect wine country retreat - serene, beautiful and well run - makes it easy to be happy and relaxed!
-
Absolutely wonderful stay! Breakfast was delightful. Sparkling wine upon arrival, cookies delivered to the room, bike rentals, excellently maintained pools and grounds; everything was immaculate. Will stay here again ASAP.
-
The staff could have been a little more welcoming at check-in, and the breakfast aura seemed to be a little overwhelmed at times keeping up with some of food items The noise level in our room could have been less, as those above us and next to us could be easily heard when they woke us up at 7 o’clock

Very convenient location, our room was spacious, hot tub was a nice surprise, delicious breakfast, and beautiful view from the room

We went for a girls trip. Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back.

And if they offer you room 17, say no.
-
Beautiful place to stay, suite was very nice with views of vineyards from balcony and tub. Service was also great. Only feedback would be on the bed, was a bit warm and uncomfortable. Sunk in too much
-
Great wine country stay, enjoyed it. A little funky, the room I had was very functional, pleasant. For the price, highly reommended.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff, beautiful quiet property, overlooking a vineyard, beautiful pool area, nice breakfast.

Absolutely delightful stay. I can’t wait to come back. Amazing pool, breakfast, bedding, just amazing.

It was a pure joy staying at this property! We had one of the private cottages with tons of space and our own patio deck. The room had everything you need and more. The Marshall music box was a real plus so we could listen to our music. The pool was beautiful and super clean and food service was excellent. We went for a great bike ride in the Napa Valley because they have bikes at the property ready to go. A very fulfilling experience!

Hotel is cute and new. Staff is okay. Breakfast is poor for the price. View and convenience are great. All in all, price per value is not there. For the price, this hotel should include a full included breakfast rather than a the simple continental one. Frankly speaking, the breakfast breads from the Model Bakery need much improvement. The croissants were soggy; although their English muffins were okay. How about at least offering some actual muffins. This breakfast totally ruined our view of the Petit Pali chain.

Absolutely beautiful, great aesthetic and decor and the complimentary breakfast was a highlight

Loved our stay at Le Petit Pali St. Helena. The property is tucked away in a quiet, peaceful location that instantly feels relaxing the moment you arrive. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and the design perfectly balances quirky charm with a cozy, homey feel. Every detail felt thoughtful and unique — a perfect little Napa Valley retreat. If I had to be picky, I would’ve loved to see a few more nutritionally balanced breakfast options. The offerings were nice and fit the boutique vibe well, but adding a couple more protein-forward or lighter fresh options would make the stay even better. Overall, still a wonderful and memorable property.

Grounds and hotel were well appointed. Some of the staff efforts and friendliness with assisting guests were lacking. There were two young gentleman working the front desk and breakfast that were friendly.

I love the location and how it feels like a summer camp for adults. But a luxurious summer camp with high-end bath products and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. The decor is French country maximalist and I couldn’t get over how adorable everything is. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Riley who works in the kitchen and dining service. Nothing. I loved everything.

Nice hotel at a great location. Very friendly staff. (Thanks Cristina) They didn’t have a restaurant for dinner.
