Terrible experience, 1st room smelled so bad sent to another room not much better, mold on ceiling. Damp felt wet. Phone did not work. Shower had 5 in water standing in it.

Breakfast was not good. Eggs were gone by 7:30. Counter top was a mess.

Booked one room and was given a different type. TV did not work. Had a funky smell throughout the room. Breakfast was limited and just ok.

We left before checking in, horrible, stay away.

Our room was clean and everything worked, with the exception of no hot water, just warm. I'm usually so happy to see protein on the breakfast menu, but the sausage links were too overcooked to ear, and I literally spit out eggshells in the eggs!! Also, they don't keep food refilled! By 8 a.m. they were out of eggs and waffles!! That's NOT ok when you advertise breakfast from 6-9 a.m.!! We were very disappointed!

Stained hand towels, washcloths. Dirty ring around tub. Musty odor, uncomfortable mattress. Front desk is friendly though. Pool closed. Didn't trust breakfast.

The room wasn’t fully cleaned, food was left from the previous guest in the fridge, I had to borrow a broom and dustpan to sweep the floor. Crumbs and dirt were left on floor and there were several dead bugs by the door. The front desk clerk was very nice and apologized for the room, it wasn’t ideal and we wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is clearly not being maintained to an acceptable standard. There were noticeable maintenance issues throughout the property, and I was particularly concerned about safety after finding door that did not appear to lock properly. No guest should have to worry about their health or security while staying at a hotel. What is even more unacceptable is that despite raising these concerns, the manager never contacted me, never followed up, and made no effort to address the situation. The complete lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing. This property falls well below the standards I would expect from a branded hotel, and I cannot recommend staying here until these serious maintenance, cleanliness, and management issues are addressed.

The room was big and spacious. Bed very comfortable. The room had a foul smell. The sprinkler system was covered in dust.

Infested with bed bugs avoid if possible room was dirty looks like the sheets were not changed stains all over the sheets and blanket

A little run down, slow internet speeds, not quite sure sheets had been washed, as they appeared to have food stains.

Got a different room then the one i booked. Staff didn't seem to care. Blamed it on the website. Not their problem. Sheet had stains on them. Night stand and counter tops not clean. Bolt lock on door did not work. TV remote did not work. There were no extra towels. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
