Room needs a serious deep cleaning

Very clean. Courteous staff. Recommend. Would stay here again

It was easy to get to right off the interstate and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. And the free breakfast in the morning was a hot breakfast and it was really very very good. Thank you.

This was a smaller Hampton than I've stayed at in the past. And had everything that you would expect from a Hampton for the most part. The carpet was very old and needed to be replaced. Because of this our room had an unpleasant stench. That and no washer and dryer facility was the only reason I did not give it up five star rating. The pool looked very nice but I don't know about the temperature. We were too tired from our trip to test it. The night time staff were very very helpful and kind.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean and nice, the stay was great. If I had to include a con, it is that about 4 motorcycles had come in during the night and blocked the walk-thru area for carrying luggage inside so you had to walk all the way around the entry island with your bags. That isn't on the staff aside from letting them know to mpve forward or backward and leave a space. The lot filled up quickly later that night likely due to the proximity to the interstate. But it was a great over night stay.

Convenient location. Keys stopped working when we came home late at night, but front desk attendant made new keys.

My experience was great because of Kasey, alone! She was amazing! The hotel is old and outdated. Our first room was extremely hot, after I checked in, the temp was at 77 degrees. I turned it all the way down, was gone for a few hours and the temp rose to 78 degrees! With the rising temperature and the smell of mildew (think wet towels) and the refrigerator not cooling, I could not subject my son who was practicing all day in the sun for football to a hot, smelly room. Kasey switched our room, with the air blasting! No smell and it was clean! I would go back if I ever need to go to St. Joe's again, just off the strength of Kasey! Thank you Kasey! <3

Close to everything we needed

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Hampton inn. There was a little bit of a mix up with our reservation through hotels.com, but the front desk host Kasey was so incredibly helpful, We needed to point her out my name. She completely straightened up the reservations and we had a wonderful stay. She was one of the most helpful front desk clerks we've run across and all of our travels, and we've traveled a lot.

The hotel is a 5 out of 10. Very dated, not Hilton quality. Hilton has lowered their standards and Expedia also has lowered their expectations. Makes a person wonder who to use choosing a hotel.

Tried to us the computer and printer in the business center and they did not work

Nice and clean and close to interstate.

We arrived very late in the evening , hotel staff was pleasant and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, breakfast was plentiful and good, lots of choices

It’s dated and needs updating, shower tub was so slick I was concerned about falling.

There was a tornado warning the night we stayed and they called our room to check on us. They advised us that there was a storm shelter down stairs. Everything was great for us!

Clean room, breakfast was good, parking was easy.
