Clean towels were delivered every day of my stay. The room was cleaned and the bed changed every other day. I have stayed at Hyatt properties many times and these services are on request.

Unfortunately we got bite up by bed bugs. Mine swelled up pretty badly and still look horrible. My husband’s bites do not look as bad. I can expect them to take a month to recover from. Came home and sanitized all of our bags and clothes. Please be aware and get yourself some bed bug spray!

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was clean and the staff were very courteous. The main downside was that there was very little choice for beverages and every purchase had to use a credit card instead of cash.

Staff at check-in was not welcoming or accommodating. Door key would not open door. Door kept jamming & hard to open. Found bugs in room. Room was outdated. Hotel in a bad area saw police on property. Loud talking coming from other rooms. Checkout staff was rude. Clerk would not give me a receipt bc he said I purchased room thru Expedia / Hotel.com. He made no comment when I told him about problem with door. Would never stay at LaQuinta again!

This is the dirtiest, old hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is literally falling apart. Broken furniture, dirty chairs. Furniture chipped and falling apart. The food was bad . They need to condemn the building. Cracks in ceiling and walls. Horrible.
