Somebody got robbed right out front while I was watching. I will never come here again very disappointed

The desk clerk told me that she canceled my reservation at my request. But refund would have to come from 3rd party reservation. I hope to see refund from Expedia.

This is not a good place to stay because they took my prepaid money for a 3 day stay after being there 6 weeks and kicked me out . Never got a refund after saying they would refund my 200.00 .

Everything Nothing

This location is filthy. There is mold in the bathroom, the laminate floor is coming up and you can see a subfloor below. The sheets are stained.

The window was broken, heat did not work, no remote to the tv, nothing in the room, call after 10mins of find the local number. Was to get a call back which never happened.Walked down to the office they did switch the room, asked them for a lower level do to husbands disability. We were told there was no available. They had more rooms then vehicles. The next room still no remote and the only lock was the deadbolt. I have photos of the first room

I didnt end up staying at this property and drove an extra 2 hours to stay at another location. The room smelled like cigarettes, the doors all looked like they had been broken into, and I felt very unsafe with some of the people who were wandering around the parking lot.

Checked in very early morning after a delayed flight into KC. Hotel building door was held open with a brick. Room assigned didn't have a number on it, the door was not shut (open about 5 inches) and the light was on in the room. It was raining hard so room held a lot of humidity that stayed through our short stay. Room itself was fine. Obviously the rooms are being updated. Wouldn't hold anything against the place, just a little concerned about security.

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels/motels and this was one of the worst!!!

Of your looking to save money this place is for you but if you are looking for cleanliness stay away! I thought this was going to be like the motel 6 in colorado clean well taken care of. I was so wrong. Showed up get my card to get into my room. Had to walk in this hallway that smelt so awful on my way up to my room, even my children made a comment about the smell. Got to my room to open the door and find out SOMEONE ELSE IS IN THE ROOM! They gave me the wrong room key! Mind you this is at almost midnight! I go back down stairs get my correct key to get the kids in the room. There are stains on the bedding, water pressure was low, and the room had a musty smell. Woke up about 7 to leave and there’s a lady strung out in the parking lot picking up trash. She tried approaching my children before I shuffled them in my vehicle to leave. Do not recommend staying here if you have a family.

Sheets were stained. Dead bug in room. Outside looked run down and inside old. Did not stay. Left after seeing room. Charged full price.

The room smelled and the toilet ran constantly, room seemed wore out and dirty

Soo dirty like omg

First room was dirty, missing lights and parts of the furniture no phone tv was broken and bathroom was dirty was only one towel in the room and was dirty. I then went and had them show me other rooms the second room was ok but again lights that didn’t work gap in door and toilet wouldn’t stop running

We did not spend any time in the room.

The front desk staff was very helpful to cancel my booking. I couldn't find the front office, there isn't a logo on the building at all. It looked like they had dog fights and gangs on the top row on the building of which we thought was the motel. Upon finding a door that looked like the lobby, myself and my family were in fear of walking into that building because of the activities going on outside.

When i got into the room I has dirty towels and there was dried blood on the pillowcase and the sheet the blanket was also very dirty and it smelled like poop. The outside was very dirty as will. When I went down to tell them I had to wait another 30 minutes 8her and the maid came in she took the blanket and towels never bring anything back I had to us my towel I had and some sheets I had. All she was worried bout was me giving her a good review

Health hazard. Drug deals roaming around. Dirty diapers in front of building. I don’t know why this place is not shut down. Asked to cancel and they told me to contact Expedia. Expedia ca
