Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis West County

The room was pretty big. Check in was quick with the nice staff. Breakfast wasn’t available in the morning due to staffing, it was only coffee

For the amount of money they charge, the rooms were small, they were clean, but there were a few things like the broken toilet paper holder, the conditioner in the bath being empty, things such as that. Having to pay to park there on top of the room cost, the extra charge for breakfast, no complementary coffee except the 2 pkg. in the room, no tea at all. I was not impressed and will not be staying at another Courtyard by Marriott. There are many other Hotels that do not charge to park, have breakfast buffet, complimentary coffee and tea, with swimming and exercise rooms that are all clean and well taken care of.

I like the cleanliness of the facility They charge you to park your car no security. So I called to inquire about why? The manager was very professional but in the end she really couldn’t tell me why. As if They don’t charge you a leg and half of arm for the room. They charge you for breakfast, no continental there. The rooms at least my room didn’t even have a microwave in it. This is suppose to be a high end hotel, welp is it???

Nice hotel, only issue was no microwave in rooms. But they did have one on the first floor.

There was algae growing in the pool. They surprised us with a $15 per day charge for parking. And there is no free breakfast. The room was fine.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and the first time I’ve had to pay for parking. The hotel is not near an area that would typically require parking to be paid and they charge $15 a day. That’s ridiculous. I will not be staying at this hotel next year.

Great hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. Comfortable stay and convenient location—would definitely come back!

We loved it so much! We went for an overnight girls trip and the check in staff made it sooo welcoming!!!

I liked that is was near all the shopping areas. The front desk and staff were very rude the concierge was rude if you asked a question they replied with smart answers and looked at you with Un welcoming faces and charged me 75 dollars for leaving a day early.Only bell hop and house keeping and room service bringing the food were nice.

the room was nice and the staff was friendly. a lot of additional charges. $5 a day for parking. advertised breakfast in the lobby but didn’t include it isn’t free. spent $50 on breakfast for 3.

yes all good and smooth check in. Only issue is with their parking policy--they require you to go back out to your car to put a pass on your windshield. That is an inconvenience when you are carrying in luggage an d just want to get settled. That hotel is in the suburbs--you wouldn't park your car there unless you were staying there... They would never run out of parking for guests.
