This property is always clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfasts are good. The courtyard is nice to have a drink or sit around the fire pit. However, you need to know that Marriott has started charging $10 a night for parking. There’s no guard there’s no security. they even warned you that they are not responsible for your car. This property is in a business park yet they feel the need to stick it to you with $10 a night Parking.

Air conditioning blew directly onto the right side of the bed leaving me with a stiff neck every morning.

Clean, friendly staff at check in and check out, didnt eat the free breakfast but was able cook our own in our room, loved the large refrigerator and freezer

The fold out bed is actually a medieval torture device. Haha, good one - you got us. My chiropractor sends his thanks. But if that didn't keep me up all night, the local North Mockingbird would be equally up to task. I guess I paid $15 a day parking to keeping the parking lights on to keep the little guy confused that its not actually day-time. I guess the fact that he made car alarm noises all night was worth the $15 per night for parking, driving away thieves before a real car alarm actually went off. But seriously, after 2 nights, I think I would rather have my car broken into and ransacked by a bank of raccoons than put up with ever staying here again.

The bed was so comfortable, the room was spacious and well equipped. Loved the workout area and pool. This was one of the best stays I have had in a long time.

Service to the room was terrible. One clerk told us she was managing the hotel by herself, another told she was running back and forth from the Courtyard Marriott to the Residence managing it. We requested a pack n play, extra towels, and pillows two days prior to check in. Nothing was done or there. Living room tv didn’t work. They didn’t have staff to bring basics to the room so we had to get everything ourselves. Tried to tell the general manager and he blamed it on us saying we checked in early and did not. Floored. He then hung up on me. Will never visit this hotel again.

Great location, good suite, very clean and comfortable Breakfast....it was awful. Unfortunately, I left an expensive jacket in my room, it was impossible to speak to a member of the hotel staff, I did contact the main Marriot switchboard , who told me they would get the hotel to contact me....so far, they haven't.

This Residence Inn is well designed, well appointed as most Marriotts are, usually. It is in a wealthy area. It is a quiet area. One thing that caught my attention is that it is attached to the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. The hotels share the amenities, a pool, a fitness center, the parking lot, etc. This hotel chain has a higher standard level. So one knows what one will get. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was spotless. I didn't think the blonde guy at the front desk was friendly, and neither was the lady with the long gray hair. But, the girl that was there in the morning was very nice and personable. It was a good change. The other two seemed off to me. It was passive aggressive behaviour. However, it could have been that perhaps it was me, because I was feeling the heebie-jeebies just by stepping foot in Missouri. I'm Puerto Rican, and know all too well about the history of racism in America. I am aware of the dark side of that state from past to present. So their unfriendly demeanor made it very uncomfortable for me.

Clean room and wonderful staff!

Randy at the front desk is always so friendly and accommodating. Every time he is on duty he is at the counter ready to greet . Many other times I’ve walked through the lobby and the desk is empty…. It’s nice to be greeted and have someone watching who is coming and going.
