The property was closed. It was not open for business.

Nothing. Hotel was closed Having the hotel open so we could stay there

Well the place doesn't exist anymore so... nothing That we had no idea the hotel isn't a hotel anymore until AFTER we arrived to check in.

Business was CLOSED!

We did not stay at the hotel at all as it had closed down a month beforehand. We were very disappointed that we had not been notified that the hotel had been closed. We made the booking 4 months ago and had no idea that it no longer was operating until we were driving around trying to find it with no success. We had flown in from California, picked up a rental car and were tired and frustrated that it was closed.

This hotel does not exist. You failed me big time. This hotel closed permanently a month ago.

Food in the bar area was terrible and slow. They don't have the right equipment to even make the few things available. Bartender seemed new and didn't know what he was doing. Breakfast in the morning was also terrible. Eggs were ice cold and mushy.sausage looked completely uncooked. Don't believe they even have a oven to cook them. Room had previous occupants swimsuit still hanging in the bathroom.

The room was clean. pets are welcome. Breakfast was available and hot. Customer service was awesome N/A

This place is really nice. The location is close to where I need to be. Check in staff

Parking availability on weekend was poor. Breakfast area was not kept stocked on weekend so limited choices. Spa was full of kids with floaters, unable to use it.

Breakfast was good and the facility was clean. Not enough parking. The door to the room was not hung straight so it let in quite a bit of light into the room at night.

It was a clean and friendly environment. The staff was polite and knowledgeable

Breakfast was good. Kept food stocked. Nice variety of foods. Good coffee. Keep on eye on garbage. One was overflowing.

Very clean, very helpful staff, interesting historical building, very nice pool and gym. The WiFi connection was very weak in our room making it almost impossible for my husband to use his laptop to catch up on work.

Excellent location for family weekend at Hamline University. Love the historical aspect of being in ole steam engine repair facility. Convenient for visit to COMO Zoo when we had free time. Breakfast included eggs and sausage with other typical options. Saw sign at hotel for toy train museum which was out of date but we were able to find new location and enjoyed the museum during free time. This was a nice surprise. Difficulty connecting to WIFI which kept saying no internet. Business office computers didn't work. Thus we couldn't get airline check in completed and when doing it at the airport we got separated middle seats.
