Just awful!
-
The room was massive with a bedroom, living room, beautiful bathroom full amenities (refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea, etc.) I did not have a chance to use the hot tub or pool but they were beautiful.

There was no continental breakfast as advertised on the website - and the staff said they hadn’t for years - false advertising… Reserved a king bed and was given two double beds and when I saw it in the room the staff said if I had sat down I can’t get a new room. Staff told the whole lobby full of people my room number - so unsafe! Phone in room didn’t work when I tried to call the front desk. Burn marks in sheets or blankets.

This was a run down motel that had stains on the bedding. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk. We went looking for someone and two guys came out of the dark (closed) pool area. One went behind the counter and gave the other a room key and then got around to talking to/helping us. The place was old and run down, and smelled of marijuana. We had to move the bedside table to get to a plug to charge our phone and found an old empty coke bottle and trash behind the table. It was not a place we felt safe or comfortable, but the guy at the desk was friendly and accommodating to our very early departure.

Dirty, cigarette burns everywhere. Toilet paper holder torn off the wall . Spills on the walls dirty bedding smelled like smoke. No Wi-Fi no TV.

Unfortunately I gave this hotel the benefit of the doubt and did not heed the warnings of others reviews. The few staff members were friendly. The entire property smells like marijuana. The rooms, the stairway, the entrances. We booked 2 rooms, the first one smelled so bad of cigarette smoke we had to switch out. Clearly no staff had checked that room before assigning it to someone who picked a non-smoking room. We had to stay one night because it was too late to change hotels. The next morning in the second room that was booked for my niece and nephew we found cheez-its on the floor, which is not something they took to the room. So clearly that room was not cleaned before being assigned either. We were booked for 3 nights but only stayed one because of the terrible conditions. As of now my credit card has been charged for all 3 nights though, I assume my card will be credited for the 2 nights we did not actually stay but with the experience I have had I have a feeling I will have to fight for that. I know I will be getting some canned, probably AI apology here that will mean nothing but nothing short of a full refund would satisfy me. Believe the negative reviews, they are correct and nothing seems to be being done to address any of them.

We chose to leave the hotel without staying the night and forfeited the money due to no refunds. It did not feel safe.

Nothing We chose to leave the hotel without staying the night and forfeited the money due to no refunds. It did not feel safe.
-
the bed was comfy the amount of people yelling and knocking on both our doors at any given time and having to park by a door that doesn’t work cause someone parked in front of our room, having to slam the door for it to somewhat lock but not deadbolt
-
Dirty rooms, toilet water running, blankets has cigarret burns, old carpets, dirty bathroom. We checked and and checked out in 3 min.

We weren't able to retrieve a personal item due to key cards not working, a free breakfast was advertised but not provided and they said they don't do free breakfast anymore which was a key reason I picked this god awful hotel. It reeked like weed.
