Front desk was great. Room very comfortable and clean.

Enjoyed a terrific day. Staff super friendly and helpful quick to assist with questions. Rooftop bar is a plus.

We had a pleasant stay- staff was very friendly and helpful, location was convenient to the campus. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

I was hit with a unexpected $25 per day parking fee when I arrived to check in…the front desk staff was rude because of me not knowing…and even accused me of lying when I said in the city i live in we don’t pay for parking to stay at hotels..after the back and forth I end of paying the fee…the next nite I returned to the hotel with no parking spot and had to park in a lot about a block away that is reserved for the hotel when their lot is full. The breakfast was great and the lady with a low haircut that replenished the food was so nice..overall it started out shady but ended up being a ok visit

I liked that they allowed dogs and 21 age and under, and that they had a pool onsite Or room was not cleaned properly had blood stains on bed and found men’s used underwear in or room. And staff then told us to clean it up instead of offering to do it.

But my main problem was that I pre-booked, and I had a set amount I knew I was supposed to pay! But I got there and the front desk man says a total way higher than what I’m supposed to pay, and wasn’t clarifying why it was so much higher. Part of it ended up being the deposit fee that I thankfully got back, but there were still multiple hidden fees adding up to 50 extra dollars— on top of the room and taxes, and fee’s I already had. The website doesn’t say anything about the nightly deposit of $50 dollars and the front desk man was not being helpful to explain what it was, which confused me. He just told me they charged me an extra $150 dollars. I also had another unpleasant experience with a different hotel desk employee. He was on his phone with airpod’s in, which I didn’t mind too much, but I asked him a genuine question only for him to say a snarky remark. From my experiences with these front-desk people they were unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall I don’t think this hotel is worth it. The actual rooms themselves were decent (clean, no bugs), and the price wasn’t terrible, but between the awful parking you have to pay for, the rude staff, and hidden fee’s I would advice anyone to choose a different hotel.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Combined with a very convenient location in the middle of Minneapolis...we really enjoyed our stay.

Ms. Sarah and Ms. Linda were very nice during our stay. Breakfast was good and always had coffee and tea in lobby.

Good location, nice rooftop bar, hot tub was nice as well. They had recycle bins and staff said it all went in the trash - just don’t lie to me!

Room was clean. Internet speed was good - did some remote work while here for a couple of days. Nice variety of breakfast items.

Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I did. Literally has all things you’d want in a hotel Breakfast, pool and hot tub Bus and light rail so close to walk to which makes everything easy to commute too
