It is really amazing hotel. The rooms were clean, big and good for the cost.

The parking is underground, spaces are small and limited in number. You cannot turn around either if you don’t find a spot, you end up reversing out and it’s an absolute mess. The front desk person mentioned none of this. Later when I stopped back in she said I could park across the street but you can’t park there during the day. Besides the parking the hotel is fine.

Front staff ladies were amazing! Parking was BAD. Expensive daily parking fee was unexpectedly charged for across the street building parking (over grassy trench & heavy traffic) since hotel garage had very limited spots. We were even told to remove the car immediately in the morning!

The visit was one night only but overall this day was great. I would have given five stars but the parking is horrific. My friend drove her truck and had a real hard time parking. The space is really really tight and the parking is awkward.

Nice price

The only issues were no towels in our room. Front desk asked us to come and get them. Then later a housekeeper stopped by and seemed surprised to see the room occupied. Were some stray hairs on the bathroom floor so I’m not sure housekeeping had checked the room before it was rented again. Breakfast was good but one server for whole room meant everything was slow. We’d allowed extra time but still were almost late to clinic appointment.

it was close to all of our events with the usa games The breakfast was not good at all due to out of stuff, minimum selections, and quality of food. Seemed like it would have been better if there was better or more staff... Even ran out of coffee and was not replaced for a long period of time and that includes the lobby??? Seemed like there was no real effort in making breakfast, just throw something out...

Clean room. Lot filled corner room. Television was placed at a strange angle making it hard to view. We figured out two remotes without instructions. Cleaning staff was great! Breakfast is not included but available for $15 pp.

Well-maintained but understaffed

Good

There were breakfast??. I didn't know that you had extra charges for parking. I didn't and don't appreciate.
-
The room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful when issues arrived. The parking garage was a hassle to say the least. There aren’t enough spots so you’ll probably have to park in overflow across the street.
-
I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!

Parking was very reduced, obtaining help was difficult, I reserved with Expedia so Hilton would not help, Expedia was not very helpful either. The sheets and pillow cases were stained. The water from the shower would leak to the carpet. We had a “no smoking” room but it did not matter because the smell of weed came through anyways. One of the Ladies in the kitchen was rude. I do have to say the older lady was very nice. The front desk ladies were also nice and did what they could to help. It was just not a very comfortable stay.

Good clean room
-
Pricing for parking is outrageous. $30 per night, and you are staying at the hotel; that needs to change.
-
Not their responsibility our immediate neighbors were boisterous at midnight.
-
good stay for 3 nights!!
