Great location to university

The hotel was very nice and the location was great for access to the university. The staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were clean.

hotel was well maintained & room was clean when we got there. front desk was extremely helpful! just wish the ice machine was working.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, coffee machine in our room was broken, and exiting the parking garage was a challenge, but decent for the price. Breakfast was $15 and parking another $30.

Quiet & Roomy Rooms. Secure, covered parking. 2nd floor outside terrace sitting area.

Very clean room To many to name. Left room 1 after 1 night. Room 2 after 3 cuz we couldn’t get another room nearby. No on site parking available, had to pay and park 3 blocks away. Medically I can not do. It wasn’t a priority or they didn’t care. Terrible front desk help. Would love to stay there because of location and pricing for I need to go but will not be going back because of customer service and parking. No security in a random public garage. Having to walk on city streets with valuables in a city with high murders, rapes and crime. So very dissatisfied. Loooking for refund from booking.com for 45 unused nights.

Location is close to university Despite paying in full for the accommodation and the services advertised and expected from a Hilton Garden Inn property, my room was not properly serviced for approximately 5 days during my stay. There was no regular room cleaning or make-up service, and the basic housekeeping standard. we reported the issue to the hotel staff, but the explanation given was that the hotel was “understaffed.” While I understand that staffing issues can occur, this is an internal operational matter and should not result in guests paying the full room rate while receiving substantially reduced services. For a 7-night stay, going several consecutive days without proper housekeeping is far below an acceptable hotel standard. We should not have to repeatedly request basic services that are normally part of the accommodation experience.

Parking was full every night

We came to go to the MN State Fair. Good location and nice accommodations.

Very hard to get good directions on where to park and had to walk through a ditch of weeds to get to the hotel check in

Booked this place for the location and convenience. Convenience went out the window pretty quickly. We paid for parking for two nights and when we got back to the hotel each night there were no spots available in the garage. I’m not sure why they don’t track the spaces they sell for overnight parking? I ended up waiting 15 minutes at the front desk to be helped with the situation. Had to park several blocks away in a pay to park garage. As a pregnant woman in her third trimester, this was a major bummer.

Quick check in, however we had to pay for parking which sucked!

And just a personal pet peeve of this new lodging era…room temp and fan you can’t control and just thin blankets on bed. Would I stay again? Yes.

Room smelled slightly of cannabis which dissipated when I sprayed room freshener which I purchased locally. Otherwise all great.

Hotel is very central to the university and hospital facilities and everything from there is easily walkable. The hotel has a pool and gym which were excellent facilities for us as a family. The staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was a trouble at all and they helped us out a few times with recommendations of places to eat and get drinks etc.

Clean spacious rooms with a very friendly staff.

Comfortable and convenient We reserved and paid for 3 people, but only had supplies, like towels and cups for two. Not sure why we paid for three. Parking is expensive.

Nice room, coffee maker and fridge didn’t work.
