Nothing specific was bad... but everything was sub-par. Room was outdated with chipped paint etc... staff was OK but not overly nice etc.

A budget friendly hotel that does the job. Facilities were clean. Nothing spectacular but a great location, only complaint is I wish the beds were a bit bigger but again, for the price it was a fine experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and even got me in my room a little early which I appreciated a lot.

I would not say there was a full breakfast but it was a good quick breakfast. The beds were smaller than I expected Tub we only had two ppl in the room. Would be a great place to stay if going to a football game. Parking lot was shared by the restaurant on the property.

Amazing

Very outdated and not well kept. Our bathroom was full of rust and mold. The hotel had a dirty smell throughout. We killed two roaches in our room. The "breakfast" is on the second floor in a makeshift area with cold cereal, toast, apples, bananas, yogurt, or oatmeal packets. Our carpet had a wet feel the entire stay and was ripping in several places.

Stayed at the hotel because it’s close to the university. Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy but good enough that I’ll be staying again.

The double beds are VERY VERY small. Two teens/adults will not be able to sleep comfortably in them. Location is fantastic, parking is wonderful. Breakfast is grab & go style. Worked well for what we needed at a good price.

Big security towers in parking lots aren't a surprise as many reviewers talked about break ins. Need a key to access front door or buzz in so that's enlightening. "Top rated breakfast" has to be the worst false advertising of the bullets. Not a piece of protein to be found; no bacon, no sausage, no egg, only toast, a few dry cereals, yogourt, packets of oatmeal you make yourself and two fruits. We havent had a breakfast like that in decades. In reading reviews, if breakfast was mentioned, it was always negative. On a positive note, the location is close to UofM and a variety of good places to eat, but I felt like we were staying in a 1980's circa Hotel 6. (except the pricing ISNT hotel 6 level...) Didn't bother expressing my views at the hotel as all past reviewers who attempted to, got little to no response Will not stay here again.

Breakfast is not what it used to be.
