We love this hotel! Excellent location, great staff and reasonable rates.

Staff was great and rooms were OK

The room was very clean, and the woman at the front desk even remembered my name the next morning! I was happy that we were able to check in a bit early.

Hotel is very old and dirty. Sheets and pillows smelled like smoke. Breakfast consisted of toast, dry cereal, apples and yogurt. It overall was very disappointing

I like the convenient location to the train to use it to go to the Twins games to go to Mall of America go to the fair We didn’t have our room cleaned the entire time we were there we were able to exchange our towels with the front desk with the maid if we saw had to bring out our own garbage, which is fine.

My BIGGEST thing honestly is that this is listed as a “breakfast included” property, but all their breakfast actually consists of is one shared coffee machine in the hallway, as well as some bread & yogurt options in what looks like it used to be an actual half decent breakfast area. This bummed me out because “breakfast included” was like half the reason I booked this place. Property isn’t particularly clean. Old & worn down for sure. Mold on the bathroom ceilings. Various surfaces within our room such as the table, one of the chairs, the dresser, had various sticky smudges or stains that we had to wipe clean. Staff were fine. Weren’t overly nice, but certainly weren’t rude. I had read some more reviews AFTER we already got there, after I realized that breakfast was not what it seemed, that reported MANY really bad sounding car break ins within their parking lot very recently - in July as well as August, mere weeks before our stay. I will say, it SEEMS this has been taken care of. There are big tall police cameras in their parking lot now.

Nothing Our AC unit continuously leaked on the floor, the tliet gave off a high pitched noise after flushing and did not stop until we took off the lid and hit the inside, no hot breakfast, tv was difficult to navigate, bathtub/ shower floor did not feel stable, there were dents in the bottom that popped and bowed when you stepped on them, there were tiny bugs crawling out from the grout, we were trapped in the elevator TWICE, when we went down to the front desk we saw there was a sticky note with out of order on just the 1st floor door, no other door on the other levels!

The room was fine, except the headboard fell out of the wall. The free breakfast was basically non-existent, just coffee cereal and toast.

4th time staying there for State Fair. Breakfast was not was it use to be. No eggs or waffles. Room was clean except flooring. Sox were soiled. Staff is always helpful. No microwave and TV didn't have many channels that connected. Parking and security are great. Shuttle for State Fair is close.

Great location. I have stayed here many times. Great basic hotel. The rooms have been updated. Love that parking is included. The rail is right there to take if you don’t want to Uber. And free breakfast is included. Staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Only thing I can complain about is the new show heads. There is no water pressure. Takes forever to wash my hair. I can only assume they have a control valve in the head to save on water usage.

A great convenient location that includes parking....but the hotel is VERY tired and not very clean. The rooms are dated and not well-maintained. If you get a good deal that is the only way you should stay there.

The staff was great The breakfast was not and my room had a refrigerator which was noisey also an iron it needs to be better

The beds were actually pretty comfortable, the location for touring thr University was perfect and ghe desk staff were all SUPER nice The outside landscaping makes the hotel itself appear "creepy" and unwelcoming...definitely made me nervous when I first got there. The hallways are dated but the rooms themselves were fine! Breakfast was definitely lacking...
