Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE

Location Room wasn’t supply well with basic hotel necessities . There was a odor in the room couldn’t figure out what it was and the breakfast should be advertise as cold cereal , toast and yogurt only. The orange juice was very warm no ice available (in area) coffee was overly diluted. Staff was just straight forward checking in and out no welcoming invite .

The room is clean and comfortable. However it’s noisy in the first floor room. Even waken up by cricket chirping at midnight.

My room was nice and clean . Since my last stay the breafast included is now a cold breakfast inmy which was somewhat disappointing for me .

The hotel was great and very clean. My only issue was with the breakfast. Considering the amount charged per night, the least you can do is offer decent breakfast for guests.

Toast , yogurt, oatmeal, cereal. Which is fine for me but others may not like that. But overall it’s a great location, most of the floors (3-6) have been updated very nicely. And we will always come back

Very friendly staff and front desk

The room is not clean. Breakfast only provides bread, jam, and cereal with milk. No hot food like bacon, egg, sausage.

The rooms are clean and comfy. Facilities are basic but you get what you pay for. The property is clearly aged but still well maintained and functions perfectly. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend if you're working on a budget. Breakfast is fuss free and you can make of it what you want. Plenty coffee and toast, worked perfectly for me.

We love that the metro train station is a couple of minutes away from the hotel and you can get to and from games for the Vikings, Twins, Lynx, Timberwolves, Mall of America very easily!

Customer service with Tia, Devon and Carnell were fantastic to work with and so helpful. We will definitely stay with you again!

This place was amazing

Location. The location was convenient, but unfortunately the hotel itself was terrible. When we arrived, the refrigerator was unplugged, left open, and had towels stuffed inside of it. The carpet was extremely dirty, sticky, and smelled awful. There were no towels in our room because they had apparently been used to deal with some kind of leak from the refrigerator. The staff was polite and helpful when we asked for clean towels, which we appreciated. Breakfast was also very disappointing. It was basically just bread, coffee, cereal, and a few apples and bananas that were clearly past their prime.

I stayed there for a week and the maid never made the bed at all and only came in my room to clean once. I ran out of shower gel on the wall and had to pick through the maid cart sitting in the hall most days to get shower gel and fresh towels. I had to leave my dirty towels and garbage in the hallway for them to pick them up. I found a live cockroach in my clothes in the dresser on the day before I checked out. I called the front desk staff to report this and they told me that they would see if management would reimburse me but I never heard back from anyone. The carpet is disgusting and needs to be replaced. The breakfast is very minimal and terrible. The check-in staff were nice but this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in.

The staff were really friendly. My room was nice and clean with the towels having this refreshing scent. I wasn’t crazy about the shower handle. The breakfast included was so so. I was hoping for a waffle maker. I like that the hotel includes free parking. Overall 4 stars.

The staff were attentive, hospitable and helpful. The room was nice and everything worked although the door deadbolt lock was a little hard to egage but it did work. The breakfast was pretty light on protein but they had apples and peanut butter.

Small rooms, don't book through Parking lot will have tailgating from the stadium so be ware of that if you are there during gameday. Outdoor trash was over flowing each day.
