Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park

The room was perfect. I want to personally thank Whitney our server for her outstanding service. Compliments to the Chef. Food was amazing. Wonderful way to spend my Birthday.

The construction noise was extremely disruptive, especially because we were traveling with our 19-month-old and needed to accommodate nap time. Had we known about the construction beforehand, we absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. When we checked out the following day, we attempted to speak with a manager about our experience. The young woman at the front desk refused our request, stating that everyone was in a meeting. She then implied that because she had informed us about the construction when we checked in, it should not have been an issue. Being told about major construction only after arriving and checking in is not the same as being properly notified in advance and given the opportunity to make other arrangements. Between the lack of transparency regarding the construction and the dismissive response when we tried to address our concerns, we were extremely disappointed with our stay. We would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it to families traveling with young children.

Good stay, clean room, quiet except when they are doing room renovations between 9 am and 6 pm. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs with stellar service.

The toilet in my room was dirty and covered in black mildew around the inner part.

Great hotel with great location if you want to go to a baseball game, to Tampa or the beach. Friendly staff

The first night, we had a screaming baby next door. We let the front desk know. The following night, we had someone yanked at the door in between our room at 2am. I reported it via text. Just an apology. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink didn’t drain. I tried calling the front desk and was told I would get called back in 10 minutes. No call. All day. The next morning I wanted to know if we could have late checkout and addressed the other issues. I was told the managers were in a meeting to call back. Finally today I get a call from a manager and explained. The day we checked out. That doesn’t make your trip when you aren’t there anymore. She credited us some money. They are also going through major renovations which they desperately need.

Nice hotel

As usual Dominque provided the best customer service experience that’s possible . He’s efficient , made check In process flawless . Always accommodating when it comes to room preference and never disappoints . Property is consistently clean and attractive . One of my favorite properties to stay at .

Housekeeping did not provide enough towels.

The property was clean, very beautiful, and I was able to get a great night's rest because the room was comfy and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. We look forward to staying here again!

Outdated, some visible ceiling leaks through halls. Shower head and tub floor dirty. Linens as expected for rated hotel.

Hôtel was great... especially fantastic restaurant! Sadly the pool was closed for maintenance the day we planned to use it.

It was everything you expect from a Hilton.

We really enjoyed our stay here at the Hilton. The prices were fair considering the rooms are a bit outdated. The amenities were fabulous. We loved our time at the pool and the 4th of July pool party they put on was a fun surprise. Great location, restaurant on site, clean hotel. Parking is $10/night. Walls are kinda thin, we heard a lot of noise above and around us.

Loud music, couldn't enjoy the pool, not relaxing at all, they were blairing music so loud by the pool you could hear it in other parts or hotel, just not a relaxing stay at all, we won't be going back.
