I enjoyed that the room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Overall the room was pretty clean. I did not like the fact that kids were running the hallways, banging on doors and making lots of noise. The lobby was over filled with people hanging out. The pool was freezing cold. The breakfast selection could be better and more up to date.

Surprisingly the breakfast which received a lot of praise but I guess my expectations were too high from the reviews and the 4th floor had a slight smell like vomit but it could of been food left in the hallways

Breakfast was great with lots of options! I didn't love the check-in process, it seemed like staff were on different pages and I was charged twice for an already pre-paid room.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out.
