Zero it is a getter, I went there to check in people were smoking weed in front of the building when i asked the receptionist she got angry and canceled my reservation and she had a very bad behavior Zero and I'll never go there again

The wify was week so I went to the lobby to see if I could get better reception. While there there was a disturbance by what appeared to be a laborer who was doing some painting and carpet work in one of the rooms. He was apparently upset because the owner or manager would not pay him for the work completed. The disturbance eventually moved outside and I went back to my room and locked the door.

Staff very helpful friendly. Animals allowed women had dog at table during breakfast. Maybe allow animals but not where people eat. Very poor decision on management it was not a service animal but her pet.

Location was good. Room had broken furniture, staff did not say a wi fi password was not needed, staff did not indicate breakfast hours, amenities in the room were good only for one person. USB outlets did not work.

I asked to cancel but was told cancellation was not possible due to Expedia’s policy. I contacted Expedia outside the hotel while my companion and I calmly waited. During this time, the receptionist came outside, ordered us to leave the property, and threatened to call police. Our luggage was still in the room, we still had the key, and our reservation remained active. I returned the key and cooperated, but we waited in our vehicle for police because staff had already contacted them. Staff gave inconsistent explanations for removing us. The receptionist reportedly told Expedia our interactions were concerning, told police we were loitering because we were not staying there, and also claimed we were making other guests uncomfortable. I dispute these claims. We were calm and did not threaten, confront, or disrupt anyone. When police arrived, we were calmly sitting in our vehicle, and the officer treated the matter as a civil issue rather than a criminal matter. I ultimately obtained another hotel because I no longer felt comfortable returning. The hotel refused to cancel or refund!!

Clean and well maintained hotel. Coffee was great and the breakfast would have been excellent but I had to leave for work before 6:00 AM. Ther areno bathtub mats for tubs, the hair dryer made load noise and the microwave did not work properly.
