Everything is great clean and well taken care of.

The staff was not helpful and never present to help answer questions. When asked questions it seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and just wanted the people out of the hotel. I’m sorry but this is a military location many families are there coming to see theirs sons and daughters and when asked for a later checkout I was dismissed by saying we have a full hotel there’s 75 rooms we have to clean we do not have time for people to do a late checkout

Great customer service!! The breakfast was nice and fresh!

We love this hotel chain because of the room size and design. The kitchen is a wonderful benefit! Coffee in a real china mug is a treat and an actual fridge to keep our beverages in was a real plus. The room clean and large enough to feel like we weren't crammed in a hotel room. We didn't use the pool, but we really enjoyed the healthy breakfast options on the breakfast bar. The staff was cheerful and helped me transfer my points to my Honors programs. A good experience all around.

The room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to MCB Quantico. The pool didn’t look too inviting.

Clean room, breakfast great

We initially booked this hotel so my little one could use the pool we had called to make sure that the pool is open. Woman said it was open till 10. We get there and I asked for the Pool was so we could check in and get her in the pool right away before it closed. She said sorry it’s already closed. It closes at nine.?? we would’ve picked a different location but at this point it’s already been booked so instead we went upstairs and my husband went to go get food. During that time, my little one was playing on the floor went to go pick her up and her shorts were almost black from the carpet being so dirty. Meanwhile, my husband calls me very upset because he passed the pool and saw the sign. Did say 10 o’clock and went to go see if it was open and it was so clearly she just didn’t want anybody in the pool. Besides the carpet being absolutely disgusting the room was very big decent kitchenette.

Everything especially the front desk clerk he went over and beyond his call if duty to make sure we were well taken care of

Mel at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. We were a huge family group in town for my brother's funeral. She made the checking in problems that some of us had, dissappear. She has a great personal and her customer service was awesome. She should be front desk manager and given a huge raise!

This property is neat and tidy, and the staff is helpful. The one thing I noticed is the bed pillows are not great. The pillows in my room were all thin and lumpy not comfortable at all. Please replace the pillows

Convient stop friendly helpful staff

Four of us stayed here and had enough room. I liked the kitchen area and dedicated freezer and refrigerator unit. Space was clean. Breakfast was good and the staff did well restocking. Pool was salt water and area was well kept. No hot tub.

My third stay and it’s been great every time , good breakfast , room is nice and clean. Bedding is excellent. Outdoor seating area gets a lot of use by guests and smokers, could use more frequent attention

Honestly this place is great. The staff are so kind and helpful, the room was cleaned daily even though that wasn't the expectation, the suite is well laid out, and honestly the area is just really quiet. It is surrounded by green and backs up to Aquia Creek.... it really is just so peaceful
