Hotel commits fraud on credit cards

The first person that worked there was very nice and helpful. The night guy, however, was not. I called to extend our stay and he said "just do it on the app you booked us through" and hung up on me. I wanted to stay another night to spend more time with my husband, but did not want to deal with the rudeness and uncleanliness. The shower leaked all over the floor and was moldy. There were signs the room wasn't cleaned well. There was a penis drawn on the window from the ac unit fogging up the window. There's more, but I just know I won't be booking with them anymore. ? The size of the room was decent.

Everything was great except for breakfast. At 5:30am only had sausage and I think it was hash brown was pasty white looked uncooked. Everything else about my stay was great….but I think you can do better at breakfast.

It was noisy.....could hear the upstairs people walking around. Room doors slamming. It was an extended stay hotel so people coming and going to work. My room was fine.

Comfy beds Yeah so there was no house keeping, had to ask for more towels and the tv didnt work cause the internet sucks

The rooms were adequate but not a single thing to sit on other than the desk chair. No room cleaning during a 4 day stay is a bit much. The check in staff was great and the experience went down from there.

Friendly desk, nice facility. Would’ve appreciated more than one chair in a room with 2 guests. Everything else was perfect, including breakfast.
