Maybe the breakfast I didnt get the room I paid for. I paid for a suite but ended up with a 2 queen bed instead. Not happy about that.

The staff was excellent and helpful. Sadly our experience at the hotel was less than it should have been. The first room was dirty ( bathroom). The second was clean but the television didn't work and the air conditioner's fan squealed.

Very large room with separate seating area. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bulbs were burned out in some of the light fixtures. Upholstery and carpets were stained.

The lady who checked us in was amazing!! She was so nice and very understanding about our late check in (as we were travelling from another country). She was helpful with tips of what Stanley offers and explained all amenities quickly so we could get some sleep. The room was updated with properly working A/C and microwave. The floor had some debris and the beds had stained top sheets which we decided to take off over complaining because we were tired and it being so late. We were pressure washed by the shower in the morning squeaky clean. For a small town it was a good area and felt safe. We would definitely attempt another stay after checking floors and beds first.

I’ve stayed here twice and it’s been a great experience! Staff are nice and the hot breakfast is great. Rooms are clean and the lobby and hallways smell nice.

The lady at the front desk at night, was so nice in my troubling time. I wish i could rember her name. She was the best

The staff were very friendly. There was a huge gap (you could see in the hall) in the door when closed. I had to throw my shoulder into the door to open it when entering the room. The tile in the bathroom shifted and moved because the grout was gone all around it. The staff hung dirty washcloths up on clean towels. The elevator door would open going down before it had finished moving.

No heat in the room. Walked in and our room was 54 degrees.

When i went to check in i walked past a woman smoking outside. This was 10pm at night so i thought it was someone staying at the hotel. When i got to the desk i had to wait because the person outside smoking was the hotel front desk person. I thought that was a little rude until i got to My first room it smelled like rotten fish and my second room was not that clean. Soap rapper on the floor of the bathroom and bathroom floor and carpet stained and filthy. When I asked for soap the next morning house keeping told me they were out. I asked the manager and she found one soap for me for the rest of my stay.
