not clean . Dirt on floor, Bathroom door was damaged, I understand that I made a reservation with Expedia , I asked the front desk that I wanted to cancel one night , He said It was 'alright with .them ,how ever when I contacted Expedia ,The hotel refused the refund according to Expedia

The AC didn't work the fridge didn't work the towels were nasty and had some kind of stuff on them we had to go by towels to use to take showers and there was no parking

It was def worth the price. It wasent bad, but it def needs work. The bed was pretty comfortable, the tv worked great, and had a lot of channels, the floor was very dirty, def needs to be mopped, and dusted. It was quiet, mainly because there was not a lot of people there. Really it just needs a lot of TLC.

It was a clean room… check in and staff was very nice and helpful.

I returned to the front desk to request a different room, but the second one, Room 105, was even worse. There were dead roaches on the floor and in the shower, the mini fridge had mold both inside and outside, and the chair in the room was dirty. The worst part of all was the fleas in the carpet, which left bites on our legs.

Room was dirty, splashes on bathroom mirror. Sheets were stained and pretty positive not clean. Terrible

We stayed here because every hotel was booked up for the Morgan Wallen concert. We unfortunately got stuck with a smoking room,the bedding had cigarette burns in them and one of the blankets on the bed had a disgusting used band-aid on it. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor when we got there. I ended up cleaning the room before we settled in (thank goodness we were only there to sleep). The housekeeping guy was nice he chatted with us when we were entering and leaving the room multiple times. I would not recommend. Last resort only if needed like we had to do.

I got full refund on two rooms, they were bed bugs, blood on sheets and a terrible smell of clean products to try to cover the bad smell. Terrible

There were two holes in the bathroom door, holes in the sheets (cigarette burns) and something stuck in the bathroom sink. First thing when we walked in it smelt like someone had been smoking weed in the room. Door didnt shut properly. Very disappointing we chose to drive halfway back home and sleep in our truck rather than stay there.

The room was dirty,and the bed spread had burn holes . The spa tub in the room was the only good thing. The hotel had a lot of drug activities. I don't know how it was rated very good when its very bad.

Didn’t last 5 minutes walked into a smoking room and stained sheets (bought non smoking) and weird stains on the walls

You get what you pay for.

The room was fairly clean. Unfortunately it was a smoking room which was an issue. The property is old and in desperate need of updating and repairs.

No handle on bathroom faucet. Shower sprayed outside of shower curtain all over the floor. Bath mat to dry the floor. Only 2 bath towels. I used one to clean the floor around the refrigerator. Refrigerator leaked on the floor. Ice built up in it. Cooling good. Beds comfortable and clean.

After three nasty rooms I gave up and went somewhere else!
