Best Western Plus University Park Inn & Suites

Great location away from all the traffic

Shower head was calcified. Stains on bedding. Other than that, it was quiet and great location. Staff were friendly and polite.

Very good

Room was clean Furnishings were old and fabric was worn.

Breakfast included simple but fine stay.

Clean room

Found crunch brown bits on the carpet in my room. The stairs carpet has seen better days.

Everything was wonderful!! The pool. Breakfast. Employees were extremely nice!! Nothing. All great!!

Really nice property! Room, breakfast, fitness center all better than expected. Would absolutely stay again if in this area.

Location There was a foul smell right outside our room. All the hallway carpets were visibly stained and dirty.

Breakfast was good. No bathroom fan. Found hairs in a couple spots in the bathroom. Floors throughout were dirty.

It was a quick overnight with a baby. They had a pac-n-play in the room for us.

The room was very well maintained, the hotel was clean, and I enjoyed the additional chairs that were in the room. The floors and walls are not fully soundproof so noises were easily heard like children, footsteps, and parents... Overall a great stay, will be back.

Exceptional

Just a very nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I like 24 hours coffee and my kids loved the breakfast.

I think the place was clean I didn’t like the smell I don’t know if it was from what was used to clean the floors but the smell wasn’t the best

Cleam comfortable environment

Superb
