The hotel is at the top of the mountain away from casino's. Great place for families. Near to grocery store, beaches, and hiking. Quiet and restful.

Everything was a disaster, we got there and there was no electricity on December 24th and 25, we couldn’t do anything, we were hungry with no food, we couldn’t use the stove because was electric, we couldn’t use the microwave, coffee maker, tv, not even the shower because the water was cold, we we were using our phones to light the table to eat some chips and salsa and then the next day I was waiting for the front desk girl that works there and she got there late I wanted to see if we could stay another day and they basically kicked us out. I talked to the manager Jackie over the phone and she was rude. The place is nice, but those two girls very rude

The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and it’s much bigger and spacious than looked in the pictures. The kitchen has all the supplies you need to cook big meals. The location is convenient and the staff very nice. The common areas are nice, although the hot tub is in renovation right now. The communication with the property is not easy. I sent them a couple of messages to request an extension of my reservation and didn’t get any reply. I took me many calls to get a hold of a representative. They gave us some instructions for check out, including throwing the trash and start the dishwasher. We forgot to throw the trash in the bathrooms and they charged us 50$, which seems a little excessive.
