DO NOT sleep in any rooms that are close to the highway. Beyond extremely noisy. You will be up all night. Staff were amazing. Hotel is clean. Breakfast should have been complementary for the price and location of the hotel.

Everything was great about the hotel except the breakfast buffet (for $14.99+taxes). The room was clean, the people were very friendly and helpful, but that buffet was on par with the free breakfast you used to get in many hotels. It was edible, but really not worth $14.99. Other than that, the hotel was great.

The woman who checked us in admonished us immediately for booking through a third party and that we'd get more "points" for booking directly with the hotel. Then she called about a half hour after going to our room. She was looking for an Apple charger that was thought to be left in the room. We suggested she talk with her cleaning crew. Then, three hours later she called again to discuss some other travelers. We said we didn't know them, and she said she called the wrong room. So the woman at the front desk was not pleasant, but everything else seemed alright.

Everything in the room was clean and smelled nice. The staff were very helpful whenever I had a question.

Yes.. no complimentary coffee for guest.. they wanted you to spend $15 on a breakfast buffet , which I did not want. But they should have at least offered free coffee for their guest like all the other hotels..

Room wasn't ready staff said they'd call they never did. Pool area was cold and not heated so we skipped it. Halls were really warm and smelled terrible like dog or feet. They charge to much for breakfast. Think this was our last holiday inn hotel.

Staff very friendly We searched for a pool - found this location, pool was FREEZING and stagnant- mosquitos swarmed us as soon as we stepped foot in area. My grandson was covered in bites.

Nice location. Hotel room wasnt that great. Our AC/Heater made a terrible loud noise all night. If you turned it off the room got too hot. Dont stay in 405. Bathroom is very small and shower / tub faucet was so loose you had to pull the shower lever carefully or it felt it would break the pipe. For the money they charge I would choose another hotel. Visit the exit before or after this one.

The hotel seemed nice....looked good. What made it a terrible stay for me was the bed/ matress comfort. It was so hard. It felt like I was in a sleeping bag on the floor. It hurt so bad that I slept on top of four pillows just to have any comfort. The box spring was metal...no spring. I almost slept in my car. Very disappointing for Holiday Inn!! I will not stay here again.

The property is a bit dated and in the middle of nowhere. But it's close the highway, about twelve minutes from food, and staff are nice. The pool was wonderful and they have a bar with a limited food menu. Good breakfast, but a bit expensive. Overall no complaints.
