Nothing Everything. The room smelled of wet dog. Pet hair everywhere. Stains on the bed. We asked to change rooms and were told we couldn't get the kitchen and when asked how much it was the same price without a kitchen. After letting them know we were not staying we overhear them talking to another person and were telling them there were available rooms with a kitchen.

Location The pool was nasty and the breakfast was disgusting we had to go out to eat every morning

I was surprised how nice the room was. Pool was dirty alittle, but all in all U would stay again.

No elevator, stairs need a lot of maintenance. Not good breakfast. We stayed because we were going to a wedding.

The kind staff moved us from our initial room into a clean room but our first room was not clean and smelled strongly of smoke even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room. The desk chair in the room was also a little scary as most of the faux leather was completely worn and peeled off.

Staff at front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was ok We had flies in our room to the point they were smacking us in the forehead flying around it smelt like something dead asked to move rooms and they want to put us in the room right beside it which was just as bad took me 4 rooms before I was ok with it enough to sleep for a night

My room was clean, friendly staff and conveniently located right off the interstate.

Sticky floors, smelly room. Parking was ok. Broken furniture and cabinets dead and live flies in abundance in the room.

The fly tape hanging in the room just gave me a bad feeling. I only needed a place to sleep and was only in the room for maybe 7 hours. I try the breakfast or anything else

The hotel room was swarming with giant fruit flies. They were sticking to the ceiling and swarming all over the place. We called the Front Desk clerk, and he immediately switched us to another room which also had swarms of fruit flies. He was very nice and apologized. He did move us to another room on the opposite side that only had a few flies. We killed several of them as soon as we went in, but we were so tired that We decided to call it a day. The room was not super clean. It had a very funky smell to it. The remote was sticky and I had to go get bacterial wipes from the car to wipe it down. Then the TV didn’t work. Again, the Front Desk clerk was nice and came right over and replaced the batteries in the remote - so he did try. I’m sure he did the best he could, but I feel like a discount should’ve been offered. We had three bad experiences in a row within 20 minutes. I didn’t ask for a discount. I am being honest. I would never stay there again.

Convenience I booked a queen, he wanted to put me in a king. I ended up with a double. No chair. And no desk chair. The only other thing was if you're going to pay extra for a kitchenette with stove sink and microwave. Why are there no utensils? Not that I used any of that but I did have to squeeze out my jello to eat it. I wouldn't pay extra for all that.
