Eagleridge Lodge 201 2 Bedroom Condo by RedAwning

Even though the spring skiing was not great, we still had an amazing time at the resort. I enjoyed using the pool, hot tubs, and all amenities that our condo had to offer. Could not have asked for more convenient place to stay at a great rate and super close to the slopes.

Clean, great location, comfortable, in-unit laundry Unit 312 didn’t get much light through the window because it is right under the roof overhang of the building, but not a dealbreaker

Online information said units were air conditioned, but ours was not.

Great staff. Reliable shuttle service. Comfortable room. Some minor maintenance issues they were fixed once I mentioned them. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, but they fixed it. Dryer exhaust vent probably filled with lint, so clothes wouldn’t dry, easy fix, but didn’t realize until the day before we were leaving

Would definitely stay at EagleRidge Lodge again. Comfortable home away from home. All the amenities make it great….. full kitchen, electric fireplace, humidifiers, washer/dryer, pool/hot tub, ski equipment lockers and the shuttle. More than comfortable. (2 bedroom/2 bath)

Great stay, location and shuttles were amazing. Honestly don’t need the shuttles to get to the mountain. (Snowboarder with snowboard boots). Skiers would need shuttle, unless you change at the mountain. Multiple jacuzzis, and pool was comfortable even during snow storm!

Great location and amenities!

Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained.

Great location close to everything. Shuttle ran frequently and drivers were friendly. Unit was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to cook and relax. Heated pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely stay here again if in Steamboat.

We loved our stay at Eagleridge. Hot tea, coffee, cocoa 24:7. Vacasa shuttle every 10-15 mins w very friendly driver Elvis. We walked home for lunch from slopes a couple of days and walked home after dropping skis at Christy sports rental. Fabulous grocery and wine store short walk at wild plum in high mark. Unit was exactly as pictured with fully stocked kitchen plates, pans, utensils, drink ware. Fireplace was great. Would do over in a minute. The staff was fantastic

Property was amazing with exceptional amenities in the house. I would recommend this location for steamboat to anyone!

Location to base area and Wild Plum market were great. Shuttle service is always appreciated. Access to ski lockers good. Living area in unit small. Kitchen not well equipped. Closets had owners stuff in them - was difficult to hang up clothes, store suitcases.

The host was a little grumpy.

We liked the pool and hot tubs. We also liked how spacious the unit was and it was well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was very clean and well decorated. The front desk person was very cheerful and helpful. We could not get the TV in the bedroom to work. A few instructions would have been helpful.

Location was wonderful and the unit worked out great for our family. We stayed in the summer and could walk to the base and around the village. It was a quick drive into the town of Steamboat. The pool and hot tubs were awesome and we used the grill too which was very useful. Staff were all really friendly and nice. Some of the appliances in the condo did not work properly and needed updating.

Didn’t know breakfast was offered! The location was excellent, although for the price I paid, I could have had a cabin right by the ski slopes. My 4 grandkids ages 11-17 could have walked to the lifts. I did like the fact that the pool & jacuzzi was right right across from our unit. The unit was very clean and had enough beds for all of us. The fact that I checked iin in the evening of Dec 29 and couldn’t get my 20% and Skilift tickets for my grandkids. I tried for 3 hours until midnight to call, email and contact anyone, to no avail. Then I was told, the tickets were probably sold out. I paid full tickets for 2 of my grandboys as we were in Steamboat for only 1 full day. I asked for an extension to check out a little later instead of 10am and was denied that request. I’m an Internatl. Service Mgr. for a major Airline who brings tourism all over the World including Steamboat Springs . I‘ve never been denied a later check-out, especially in our times today. I have been working through the pandemic taking customers from A-Z. ... Also I did not get my Airline discount with Booking.com ... Security was a big issue. I came into the lobby at 11pm after checking in. Nobody was at the front desk and the doors inside and outside were wide open. I kept calling for someone, again to no avail. I went and shut the inside doors who were propped open by stoppers. I happened to have been a victim by a serial rapist with 13 stab wounds. I mentioned that to Tammy at the desk the next morning and she was very understanding and concerned. The gentleman who was there was very confrontational and apparently didn’t understand the severity of needed security. He kept arguing that somebody forgot to close the door, wasn’t really concerned about security as he said ‚do you understand that we don’t have anybody sitting here through the night‘. His arrogance was beyond..... Our ice maker didn’t work and the TV in the living room neither. My grandkids were all sitting on my bed to watch a movie. The last 2 faux-pas‘s are minor, but should have been checked for almost $400 a day, in my case 1 full overall, day/2 nights.
