Small room. But nice.

Nice staff, great location, a bit outdated and limited food options in the hotel but plenty nearby

The staff was amazing and on-sight bar was a bonus. The pool was a bit murky so we opted not to swim. Paying for parking is a bummer.

Room didn’t have all the amenities that the pictures had, water boiler didn’t work at all. The light in the bathroom was supposed to be a heat lamp I’m pretty sure but it had one normal light bulb and one heat bulb. microwave was in a poorly lit room with the machine, which is pretty standard but I expected more from here. Bed was super comfortable, except the pillows were HUGE. There was no snack bar like there is in the pictures. I think I just expected a bit nicer

Cam at the front desk was very helpful It was very rundown, old fashioned(air conditioner was in the wall). Room was way too small. Parking was horrible. Cleaning of the rooms was too late in the day. Lobby was on the 3rd floor. Although in rm. 214 we needed 2 different elevators to get to our room.

Bfast at the restaurant was more like a fast food establishment: small, cheap, not exceptional, pre-prepared

Wonderful property in an excellent location. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and I liked hanging out on the deck overlooking the gondola. A short walk and you are in the heart of things.

Great location, comfortable rooms and helpful staff The outside grounds on the plaza side of the building were not well maintained.

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

The dog in the room next to our room barked loudly for almost 7 hours before the staff was able to contact the guest . The air conditioner made a high pitch buzzing noise. Had to pay for parking that was almost non existent and then there were signs up saying park at your own risk. Overall, very disappointed...

We brought our dogs and the check in staff made sure we had the best room! He put us near and exit on the first floor. And was so sweet to our dogs. The place was clean and pool was lovely. We will be staying there again.

We arrived Wednesday evening around 6 o’clock and found at the restaurant had already closed. Same as true of the bar.

Food was terrible at the location. They were out of everything and what little they had was terrible Food was terrible. They were out of everything and what little they had was terrible. I had to use my own you tube TV in the bar to watch the world cup game that the time. They charged us for parking in an uncontrolled lot when the hotel was empty and others were waiving the parking fee.

Love gravity Haus! The rooms could be spruced up a bit more but all in all, great value and amenities/location, etc. always a super friendly and helpful staff.

Disappointing

Room was decently clean, the bathroom had some wear and tear that could use some updating and there was like a slight damp odor. The lobby was great and amenities were great.
