Beautiful and well maintained property, great location with wonderful views of the ski mountain. Easy access to the ski area and close to town.

We loved the mountain view room, although it was pretty small. We chose the cheapest view room with a fireplace and king bed. Complaints: (1) surprise $25 a night self parking fee. Really? I thought that type of thing has been done away with at quality hotels...also there was no microwave in the room!? Very strange. There was a fridge, and coffee maker above the frig, but no microwave above the coffee maker. I would expect one to be provided at such a high end hotel.

Had an amazing stay ! Beautiful hotel and rooms with easy access to town, the mountain and anything you want to do. It’s all right there. Complimentary shuttle was a nice included perk as well.

It is unbelievable the audacity that I now need to LEARN how to cause you to FIX YOUR mistakes, your building, give me my money back, and pay for your violations of my rights. Nice place otherwise, ton of potential; great fixer upper if it wasn’t tied to the infestation that is Steamboat Resorts in Steamboat Springs.

This was a five star hotel in my opinion. Everything was clean and the property is well kept. The room was awesome and had every amenity that we could ask for. The best part was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly. They treated us with so much respect. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel facilities were fine They charged us for bogus charges. My son has disabilities (autism) and we were asked to leave because of the smell of our room. This was to cover for the fact that they did not want our son at the hotel. We cooperated with their requests and thoroughly cleaned our room - showed them evidence that there was no damage to our room. They charged $850 to our credit card without discussing with us and said that they had to clean the room because of the smell (no damages were identified). We disputed the charge and our credit card company removed it.
