Room was clean. Oven handle was hanging off, I found the screw and screwed it back together without a screw driver. It needs to be tightened. Shower valve is wonky and hard to set to a comfortable temperature. I only tell you this so you know and can address for future renters.

The drains in the sinks did not work in the bathrooms. Someone came over to work on the sink and it still didn’t work. The GFI in the master bath did not work initially. He had to reset the circuit breaker. The sinks in the bathroom never drained properly. Kind of a disappointment.

Easy access to slopes

Everything was great, besides the broken washing machine. It would have been nice to do laundry with our week long stay.

The condo we stayed at was nice . The condo we stayed at was not the one we actually paid for. I do not want this to reflect the actual condo owner because the place was very nice. . I do however wish Booking or Vacasa could explain why they switched condos. I specifically picked the one we rented because of bedroom layouts. We had certain requirements. , mobility and religion. At this point it seems to be a blame each other game. Either way complaints were filed and neither party has followed up with me.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Vacasa was mostly responsive to our request (to fix mechanics of one of the toilets). Our accommodation was close to the base and the Retreatea bus service arrived often. The three hot tubs, pool and sauna were excellent. We weren't told that our only views from the apartment would be car parks. We never did find out where to turn off the light in the living room. Hate wasting electricity. I don't believe the fireplace worked. I did tell Vacasa that it is generally accepted that black plastic cooking utensils leech plastics in to food when hot. It would be good to upgrade these to stainless steal or bamboo. Also - a minor point - but why do all ski apartments have too few dinner plates?! There were only 5 in our apartment, which really isn't enough if we are using them several times a day. The crockery really could be updated. It would give the apartment a classier feel. Finally, I suggested that Vacasa stop leaving countless plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner and bars of Dove soap in the bathrooms. All that plastic going into landfill! Horrible! Couldn't there just be some nice quality shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the bathrooms instead? Also, instead of all those shampoo bottles, why not supply the apartments with basics like salt and pepper, sugar, a washing up brush and a cloth for wiping the benches. The sponge supplied is just for scrubbing pots.

The advantage to Timber Run was the free transportation to/from the ski slopes. It has to be around 30+/- years old but maintenance is lacking in some areas. It had all the basics but there's no zip to it. Our parking lot had frozen ice everywhere, while the different name grouping next door had clean parking areas.

1st night heat was only working in spare bedroom and main bath. They did send a portable heater and the living room register got working.

Beautiful place, spotlessly clean, nicely appointed kitchen. The toilet in the first bathroom didn’t work, continuously ran. Could not get hot water in that bathroom, which effectively caused us to share the master bathroom.

Lots of space. Comfortably housed 7 of us. But needs updating.

Nothing!! Everything. The place was like being in a dungeon. It was freezing cold. The noise from the upstairs unit was unbearable. The price was horrible for the quality of the accommodation. Motel 6 would have been nicer. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone (enemies included). This unit and entire property should not be part of your options for the public.

A few minor things...a broken glass found in cabinet, some leftover debris from previous stay, could use salt/pepper shakers, body wash was almost empty.

The property was very nice. The pool and community grills were very nice and convenient location.
-
The property was very nice, clean and had a well stocked kitchen with everything that you’d need to cook if you so desired. The only thing that would be better would be larger, more comfortable chairs out on the patio.

Wonderful, good to be back in my hometown!!

Size of it Hot tub hours not open in the morning

Location, shuttle, pool, hot tub Washer dryer did not work. We tried to dry our cloths and instead of drying a lot of water ran out onto the floor from under the machine. It would have been really helpful to have a dryer for towels after the hot tub.

This was a great weekend trip. Clean and Comfy and we all had a great time. Hot Tub and Pool were very welcome after a couple days in the amazing Steamboat snow! Management immediately responsive to text requests. We were unable to find pool towels in the unit, but the management was responsive and got us some towels by the next day. The laundry situation was kind of a bummer. The ad said "shared" laundry. I did not realize that this meant "pay for laundry". Hard to keep 6 people's worth of swimsuits and ski gear dry after the 1'+ of snow that fell! Not a dealbreaker obviously!

Location was excellent. Unit has been updated and is beautiful. The shower in the master bathroom looks beautiful, but doesn’t have any water pressure. We used the hallway bathroom for showers.
