Holiday Inn Express Winchester South-Stephens City by IHG

Very comfortable bed! Breakfast was good. The only negative was that the heat has been turned on in our room(90* outside) but that was easily fixed and by the time we returned from dinner; it was cool!

Location good... breakfast adequate... fairly quiet. Blinds on windows did not work, shower head continued to slip up and down rod, front desk girl didn't know where I-81 was when I called to check location even though you could see it from the lobby windows of the hotel (discovered after I arrived). Asked to be away from pets and kids... ended up located near both.

I loved it here and wanted to stay a few extra days. My fiance and I stayed there to get away and do something for my birthday, so we were only there for the weekend!! But I enjoyed the stay and the pool was very clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very good so we got to use the pool for one day and only for about an hour. I really wanted to get their breakfast but I was too tired to wake up and get it, so I’m not sure how good it is, but the pictures… it looks AMAZING!! I was upset with myself that I didn’t get up, my fiance was as well!! I highly recommend this hotel!! The next time I wana get away and have alone time, this is where I’ll stay!!

Staff were professional and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and offered many options.

Breakfast food was not up to others standard

Had to change rooms multiple times due to a leaking air conditioner in our room which caused an extreme odor. The entire hotel was outdated, management was non existent, the absolute worst holiday inn express I have ever stayed at. Don't stay here

Hotel room and bathroom dated. Breakfast on weekend had more options that weren’t available during the week such as fruit and oatmeal. There was communal half and half in unmarked container. I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn’s and did not see this. Parking was difficult at times and spots were tight.

Our first time here. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean as was entire building. Staff was polite and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was above average. Rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Staff was helpful as plans changed.

Didn't like window covering. Bright light from parking lot shone through all night, Room needs adjustable drapes/curtains!

The bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel for the price. The pool was closed during our stay. Great breakfast wonderfully kind staff.
