Holiday Inn Express Winchester South-Stephens City by IHG

I loved it here and wanted to stay a few extra days. My fiance and I stayed there to get away and do something for my birthday, so we were only there for the weekend!! But I enjoyed the stay and the pool was very clean. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t very good so we got to use the pool for one day and only for about an hour. I really wanted to get their breakfast but I was too tired to wake up and get it, so I’m not sure how good it is, but the pictures… it looks AMAZING!! I was upset with myself that I didn’t get up, my fiance was as well!! I highly recommend this hotel!! The next time I wana get away and have alone time, this is where I’ll stay!!

Staff were professional and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and offered many options.

Hotel room and bathroom dated. Breakfast on weekend had more options that weren’t available during the week such as fruit and oatmeal. There was communal half and half in unmarked container. I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn’s and did not see this. Parking was difficult at times and spots were tight.

Our first time here. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean as was entire building. Staff was polite and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was above average. Rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Staff was helpful as plans changed.

Didn't like window covering. Bright light from parking lot shone through all night, Room needs adjustable drapes/curtains!

I am not sure if they are under new management or something m but there was a lot going on that there was no help with. The pool was broken, the key cards weren’t working. The part that really got me was the room I booked had a pull out bed they had no pillows or bed sets for the pull out. When I went to the desk they were unable to give me any pillows or sheets or anything and said they just ordered them. They did give me a comforter used on a normal bed. The room itself wasn’t bad breakfast was good but we stopped there for the pool and the fact they couldn’t give us any bedding was very odd!

Front staffs are nice.

Liked the large vanity and a stopper in the bowl that worked. Cable tv had no local news channels.

The breakfast was the best we have had in this price range in a very long time.The breakfast alone would make me return. Bathroom could be a little better but it was ok.

Very clean, Continental breakfast was good but not replenish quick enough. No charging stations, could have used one.
