Nice stay very convenient to the highway friendly and helpful staff

Bfast was cleared out and not available at 845. Disappointed-no way this facility should be rated above a 6.5

The breakfast was fine, the usual fare. Air conditioning worked well in the room. Pool was nice, towels provided.

The property of the hotel outside looks good but lhe person in the reception wasn't friendly and in the bathroom there's hanging a pant on th shower rod. One of the bathroom switch was broken. The air conditioner was ok, the place was quite but the breakfast was the worst, I couldn't even eat it.

Waited about 20 minutes for someone to appear at front desk to check us in. Not sure where he had gone to but three groups of folks arrived in lobby and waited for his arrival. Room was freezing - turned out AC unit was set to 54 degrees. My traveling companion's room was also freezing - their unit was set to 62 degrees. Had to turn on heat to get room temp comfortable enough to go to bed. When it is 90 degrees outside, one does not back long sleeves or pants. Breakfast is included - lots of folks showed up at same time - ran out of eggs and not enough seats - took food back to room to eat. Problems are fixable so will stay again due to convenient location but definitely has room for improvement.

Our room felt damp and the pillows and blankets stunk. Sour smelling. Cockroach. Breakfast limited is the nicest thing I can say. Very limited selection with our few choices mostly empty and not refilled. Hotel Brands should demand more from their franchise owners because their branding means nothing now days.

The breakfast was not hot No microwave to reheat eggs.

Unfortunately, this property has people smoking marijuana at the front entrance. Smoke detectors with low batteries so they beep all night. Also, found a cockroach on the last morning of my stay. Needless to say, we didn't eat the breakfast or try the pool.

Our room was infested with black ants and got into all the food we had to throw all our food away

Good breakfast-They had bacon (yum) instead of the usual sausage that you get at hotel breakfast The baseboards in the bathroom needed cleaning and the edge of the vanity needed cleaning as well

Good place to stay Close to Stephens city

It was clean, the AC &TV worked well. There was a bright floodlight right outside our window and no ability to completely shut it out. The breakfast wasn't quite up to par.

This is a great place to stay if you travel with pets. Lots of space to walk them. It has easy access off the highway. Fuel stations nearby and couple of places to get food in walking distance. Wish people would pick up after their animals.

Typical beds and pillows uncomfortable.

It was clean. It was convenient to get to. It was very basic. No luxury extras.
