We were very satisfied with our two night stay. Clean room /bathroom. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee station 24/7 with premium teas, honey & cinnamon were a plus, along with a daily newspaper. We did not try breakfast. Good location with plenty of restaurant options.

This is my second stay while going to see concerts at the Star Pavillon. It always smells good and close to food. The breakfast had so many options and the breakfast staff was helpful and friendly. I liked everything

Didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but the bed was comfy, breakfast was tasty, and was located in a nice spot.

Staff, lobby, location and breakfast was great. The room was dated and poorly maintained. Moldy caulk in shower covered by more moldy cracked caulk. Black moldy spots on air conditioning vents. Some drywall was missing above bed.

Hello - I loved my time at the conference held at the university. However the hotel was disappointing. I was not looking forward to going back to my room after a long day. Rooms good use a refresh. Especially the bathroom. There was so much black mold in the shower that it was evident that this has been the case for a very, very long time. How management can ignore this is unacceptable. I asked to change rooms however the hotel was full. There was a horrible mechanical noise with the wall that kept me up all night. Coffee maker was blown, etc. The towels smelled absolutely awful. I informed front desk of the above and there was no recourse or compensation offered. No email from management. Poorly run.
