They actually have keys for the rooms! Very friendly staff. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay in Stillwater. This is a very well maintained older hotel.

It was close to everything in Stillwater ,walking distance I feel it was very overpriced and is very outdated and not in a good way. Caution tape to step up into the bathroom kind of tacky. Also it would be nice if they had some bottled water waiting in the rooms.

Elevator didn't go down, just up and the railing in stairwell not the best - carpeting extremely worn

Needed a place to stay for an event and this was one of the closest and least expensive options. Nice place overall and can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. I think we may have been in the newer part of the Inn, as it seemed a lot more modern and not as ornate or intriguing as the original portion we first walked through after checking in. I thought the price was on the very high side, most likely because it was just a block or two off of the Main St. Understandable, but I'm not sure I would opt for it (or any of the other places directly in downtown Stillwater) in the future. I would pay 1/3 of the price and stay at one of the other options off of Highway 36 and drive over to the downtown Stillwater area. Parking next door in the ramp was free and convenient.

The Lowell Inn is a beautiful, historic hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast on the porch was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the server was one of the best! Parking in the ramp with access to the hotel floors on each level was very convenient. We were able to walk around the town and down to the river.

Excellent stay. The inn is conveniently located, short walk from main st and the river. Property was beautiful and staff were very friendly.

A classic step back in time…

location is great/ The antique old world quality of the place is endearing. Perhaps over the top. Food was great. The Beds were uncomforable, and the airconditioning in our room was minimal. It was a very hot night. Sleeping was hard.

Great location but rooms not worth the amount we spent.

The individual working the desk was fantastic. We had a wedding party with many late check ins and she rolled with it and was very very helpful There was nothing I disliked but the interior could use some freshening up

The location is very walkable to all fun on Stillwater The access to room was not ideal: several heavy doors, stairs and smaller than expected room.

The room was clean but there was a bit of a smell especially in the main areas and hallway. The gentleman who checked us in reprimanded us for not using Expedia and didn’t share much about the hotel or town which wasn’t a great welcome. Overall a great location and cool history, but could use a refresh and some new energy.

There was nothing I disliked but the interior could use some freshening up
