I had 4 rooms booked for a group of my friends and I, totaling over 900$. After checking in and getting our key cards we went to our rooms. The room I unlocked with the keycard and opened up already had guests staying in. I went to the front desk to let them know and I got a small apology and a new room. This new room had a busted swing lock on the door, so I went to the front desk to see if they could fix it given the fact that they clearly aren’t careful about what keycards they give it and I already walked in on people. I was given a third room, which smelled very musty. At this point I was busy and didn’t have time to go back to the front desk yet again so my husband, who was going to come to the hotel later great night called the front desk. Given all these issues with the one room and how much money we had spent on all 4 rooms he had asked if there was any way we could be refunded for the one room. The call was friendly and ended in the lady telling my husband we can either check out now and get a full refund or call manager on Monday and talk to him. He said we needed the rooms still and did not want to check out, so he would call on Monday. My group and I went out around 8:30pm and when I arrived back at the hotel at 10:30pm, I found out that the hotel had deactivated all of our key cards and decided to check us out and give us a full refund. They ended up cancelling the refund, charging my card two more times for almost $500, and marked my group as a no show.

NOT very welcoming environment. The room was clean, bed comfortable and quality AC. The breakfast was very sparce. Staff was cordial. I would not return to this place.

The room had a strong mold smell, the beds were very poorly made, the toilet was dirty, and the sink had a terrible leak. 2 out of the three staff was really good. Ran out of breakfast food by 8:00. The air conditioner made our room feel very humid, everything felt damp.

Honestly pretty dingy- there was dust all over the coffee maker, no one came to clean, there were several bugs in our bathroom, breakfast had no protein options, and check in took forever even though there was just 1 person before us, and it seemed to be surrounded by dead trees. But my kid loved the pool and it was fine for a couple nights.

A discount couldn’t be made because of the third-party booking. (Hotels.com was contacted.) At first, we were told no other rooms are available. Staff let us know that we “could pack up and get a full refund”. I did not have the time or patience to find another hotel. An hour later, at 5 p.m., another staff was able to show other rooms. Once again, the bathroom floor was dirty. The staff were not overly helpful, became belligerent when we complained and even threatened to call the police if our complaints continued. The breakfast was minimal. Waffles were available on Sunday but not on Monday. No eggs or other protein were available. We would not recommend anybody staying here under any circumstances. The room was barely OK, the staff was not friendly or helpful, the breakfast was minimal and the price was way too high for the quality. Disappointed!!!

Room was dated and worn with serious rust on the bathroom door hinges Breakfast at 7 am was non-existent and consisted of a few store bought doughnuts and three cereal choices and a gallon of milk. Very disappointed with our stay

Nothing Everything! The sign was wind blown, showed Grandstay-NOT Quality Inn & Suites! The landscaping hadn't been touched at all in...who knows how long! They couldn't find our reservation... even with my email!!! When we walked into our room we were meet with the MOST MUSTY SMELL I'VE EVER SMELLED! THIS ROOMED HAS DEFINITELY HAD WATER DAMAGE! We tried to spray perfume that DID NOT WORK! I SHOWERED(MAYBE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WILL HELP) NOPE! We went to our event, came back, hoping the musty-ness would've gone away- that DID NOT HAPPEN! So we asked for air freshener... they gave us the whole bottle.... that still DID NOT HELP!!! BUT......THAT'S NOT ALL.... W ordered Domino's... they NEVER delivered our food!! We called them and they tried to say "drunk people must've stole your food" BUT my HUSBAND was up and outside WAITING FOR THEM! (Other than maybe 5 mins to make sure I was ok, inside our room) AND the front desk person said Domino's had ONLY been there 1 time! That time, we ACTUALLY ASKED THE DELIVERY GUYS WHAT ROOM IT WAS FOR... IT WASNT FOR OURS! *ALSO, keep in mind Domino's is LITERALLY ACROSS THE HIGHWAY from our hotel! So we called them, they "remade" it, the delivery guy called, asked if we were at a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT HOTEL! We said NO! CONFIRMED OUR LOCATION! He brought our order/(EXCEPT OUR GARLIC SAUCES!) but still TRIED TO LIE AND SAY HE DROPPED OUR ORDER OFF AT OUR DOOR! BS!!! If that was true... why did you ask if we wetebat a different hotel? Smh! C'MON STILLWATER, YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS!

While the room was clean, the bathroom needed quite a bit of work. The way chair was very dusty and old. Breakfast wasn't worth our time. The grounds were overgrown and the lot needed attention. The sign out front was unreadable. We thought, at first, that it was the previous chains facility.

Driving up to this property you are immediately disappointed The banner with the motel name is hanging by one rope, the lawn has not been mowed forever, there are several large dead tree where dead branches are falling onto the cars and parking lot, weeds have taken over. stay away from this location

Decent

There was not one thing that I liked. The hotel is a dump. There was a canvas sign/tarp attempting to coverup the name of the previous hotel. Driving into the parking lot and finding weeds growing in it was the first disappointment. The grass had not been mown in quite sometime. In addition, there was weeds flourishing in the landscaping.

Absolutely nothing. Room 105 we booked. Go there and it smelled of mold. We asked foe a different room and that one smelled of cigarettes. We looked at a 3rd room 225 and smelled less of cigarettes so we took that one. It was mid night coming from a wedding and just wanted to sleep. I sprayed my perfume on the curtains and carpet. American flag out front is ripped to shreads. Weeds everywhere out front. Cobwebs all over the entry outside the hotel. We felt like an abandoned hotel when we pulled in. Room was $237 for one night. What a rip off.

Courteous staff, nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Location and price The bed was hard, the room on the second floor with no elevator, breakfast was meh.

While we were turning on the heat we saw black mold . We brought this to the staffs attention, as well as took pictures and documented the mold we had found, in which they said the would call their maintenance guy
